Join the new world

Hello fellow kababayans!

This time I will try to give you some tips on:
- how to be updated in what is happening in and out of our country, such as war, elections etc..
- how to ask for help If You are new in this game, or even old 😛.
- or just to have friends.

I suggest that before you hit the work, train, reward and fight button, kindly check for updates, orders and requests.
So that you will know what is happening on our surroundings (ingame speaking).

A. CHECK YOUR MAIL and ALERTS



B. READ THE NEWSPAPER - I highly suggest that you scan the newspaper section so that you will know announcements from government, tutorials, and just for fun articles. This will make you updated and at the same time you will learn the game more.

You can find the top news in your homepage.


You can also choose the articles "by Categories".



When you choose one category, you will be directed to the top news in that category. In this instance, "First steps in eRepublik News":



To look at more articles other than the top 5, you can click the red box:

where you can sort the articles by votes or time of publish and opt to look at international news, latest events and articles from newspapers you are subscribed to:

C. SHOUT and READ SHOUTS - There are times where an official needs to announce quick orders, and this is one effective way.

Note: Your shout can only be read by those people who are in your friendlist. So befriend everyone possible.
