You need to chill out a bit Mick. Simply stating that you would like to see a certain member of another MU in your MU is not classed as poaching.
I'll tell you how we will recruit Fataliix to DC, if we require his services here. We'll do as we do with every member of DC that has joined. We'll observe them for a bit, screenshot comments, unravel their network of players. We'll then get all that data together and in the IRC room we go about dismantling it piece by piece. If it turns out that your jib matches our cut, we'll move onto the second round. This involves a prominent member of DC personally messaging them in game with an invitation to DC. If they agree, we send an invite, they join and then they have to go through the test and initiation. Should they fail, they will be cast out without a second thought and never again be considered for the role of Dentist.

I was unravelled in stage 1.
Basically, if the person is a hard hitting tank who has a sense of humour that matches that of the DC, then there is a background check to make sure they aren't a member of parties like NE who see us as some sort of pantomine villian. If they pass the background check, a vote is made whether or not to give them an invite to join the unit.
We can boast about our damage etc etc and how cool we all are, but players don't get to join the DC unless they are DC material. And since we enjoying being a smaller unit, we aren't exactly going to go around large scale poaching of players....
p.s. Quite a few people in DC were former commanders of the RN so there is plenty of appreciation of the work involved...
