-/Darkness descends on Europe, and the US becomes a world powerhouse\-

Well, first off, congrats to Benn on winning his second term as president. I’m sure it will be a great one.

Benn will have a series of challenges over the next few weeks, namely originating from Europe. History is taking place on this continent, with Spain invading both France (and winning, no surprise there) and Portugal. PEACE across the globe is crumbling, but in Europe especially. New countries have recently been added here, and several have gained their independence. Wars will continue to rage as these countries vie for their “rightful” places in the world. Who will come out on top? Will it be as in real life, with the Western Europeans taking over? Or will we see “The Great Slovakian Empire”? Only time will tell.

What does this mean for us back here in the great United States? It means simply this: A Worldwide powerhouse is about to emerge. We are the most populous country in the world, with one of the best resource distributions. We have at least one resource area in our country for every Raw Material in existence. As our population’s skills increase, we will produce more than we can use, and will begin exporting more and more. Will we provide the weapons for this warring continent of Europe. The Defense Systems? The Gifts? We can, and we will continue our march toward greatness, to becoming the world’s greatest power, its powerhouse.

I wish Benn good luck in his second term, I look forward to continuing to work for him in the Department of Regional Development. Good luck to all 7600 people in our country.
