Dear Friends,

In life there are many things that come and go around. When I was young I was completely into collecting soccer stickers of all soccer clubs. When I was a little older I was completely into several computer games, hattrick, Medal of Honor etc. Right now I have been playing eRepublik for a long time now. But like all things, erepublik too is going to end for me. My current real life situation where I just was offered two side jobs besides my university education doesn’t allow me anymore the time and dedication needed for erepublik. It is time for a new generation, new leaders and new actives.

The cycle of elife also continues.

Therefore I am announcing that I will stop playing erepublik, I will do some 2-clicking for some time, but I am not considering that as playing erepublik.



Apart from my time issues, I think it is smart for everyone to start looking for some new challenges when you accomplished so much already in a game which changed my life it is time to move on.

I will focus more on my real life pursuits of happiness, that’s what life is all about eh?

There are so many things I would like to say, advices to give, friends to thank but it would be too much to name so I will summarize it in a few words:

- Don’t hate and flame in internal politics, unite and make sure you have enough friends who you can defend, and who can defend you.
- Take advice from experienced players
- Dare to dare! It is a game after all, without dare there would never been an attack on the USA last summer. I would consider that attack as the best action/attack ever made in-game, it was not about resources, but it is about FUN!

My best friends I acquired during my time at PEACE GC, inside my party I&W (who souldn’t become too cocky after all their wins, and keep listening to other parties), and now within the Phoenix HQ.

This is always very tricky because you will forget some people for sure, but I want to thank a few people very much for having the opportunity to meet them.

For all new players who are reading this, and would like to make some friends in the game I have only 1 advice, go to your local IRC channel and be active, and your efuture will be bright!
