they already lower standards on other programs to simulate activity. so make it an official program and in a few weeks lower the threshold to 5 do's completed look improvement!

I wouldn't exactly call the trend 'lowering standards'. The Housing Program will probably be even more strict in future renditions, and the Green Beret changes are more 'stimulating activity' than 'lowering standards'. And that last remark is very cynical of efforts which has greatly increased activity since your days. I offered Shawty support for this, making it more 'official' but if Shawty feels it serves no real purpose than that's his privilege.

Lowering threshold to 5 DO's will see more people reaching the goal but the goal is for soldiers to fight in the daily ordered battles every day. I't not about maximum kills or damage it's about following orders.

I was offered some government support, I believe this program would 1. discrimiate against other MU's (eventhough they are private and DAF of national). 2. Not really improve activity of currently inactive figthers. 3. We could reach more players by adding this funding to e.g. the Green beret and the Flying Dutchman. By adding to these programs or rather not taking away from these programs the 100% active might get rewarded less but those who are semi active will gain more and hopefully become more active at some point.

As CP, I offered support from government on Day 1 this program appeared. It was declined, as the author (rightfully) claimed MU-related programs (aimed only at MU members) and government programs (aimed at all citizens) should not mix.

Also, funny that standards on other programs are increased (for example rules for Flying Dutchman and Everyone a House! are now more strict than they were originally, and atleast in terms of the second program, they might still increase in the future), yet you are able to claim the opposite 🙂 .

So first you state it should be added to gov programs and when asked why as it does not serve the intended purpose you start claiming all support programs get lowered standards to simulate success. Really odan, no matter what is done or stated the only thing you ever seem able to do is oppose.

One of the main reasons of declining activity in eNL the past years is due to things done under your/I&W's supervision and under your command period of DAF while the last year the tide is turning. Not coincidently during times where I&W's (=yours) power is lower and non decisive...

I would like to fight..
But for me atm it's pointless if i want to stay in Division 1.
For now just train strength to at least 100k.
I don't really care if that would take me a year. Days are passing by like minutes.

Increasing your aerial rank at this stage is probably more important (unless you really want to become D1 tank one day with full packs). Maverick Pack makes sure that even people from D4 can fight in D1.
