PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING REWARD TERMS & CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) BEFORE ENTERING THE REWARD. BY ENTERING THE REWARD (THE “REWARD”) YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND COMMIT TO FULLY COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THE PROVISIONS SET OUT HEREIN. THESE TERMS CONTAIN NECESSARY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.

These Terms sit alongside the eRepublik Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) and the eRepublik Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), and together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy forms part of the Agreement between you and eRepublik relating to the eRepublik.com Services. Any cryptocurrency awarded under the Reward is also subject to ZEBEDEE’s Terms of Service.

The Reward

1. The promoters of the Reward are Erepublik Labs LTD (“eRepublik”) and ZEBEDEE Inc (“ZEBEDEE”).

2. The Reward offers entrants the chance to earn Satoshi by competing in eRepublik's game erepublik.com . A "SAT" (or "Satoshi") is the smallest unit of Bitcoin (1 Bitcoin = 100,000,000 SATs)

3. The Reward shall commence at 7:00am Coordinated Universal Time (“UTC”) on November 1st and shall end at 8:00am UTC on November 21st (the “Reward Period”). Earned satoshi can be claimed until December 5th

4. The Reward is divided into three Weekly Challenges during the Reward Period (each a “Weekly Challenge”), each Weekly Challenge has a Satoshi prize pool (the “Reward Pool”).

5. To enter the Reward, entrants must progress through a Weekly Challenge and collect “Satoshi Vault Keys” that can be used to unlock Satoshi Boxes in the eRepublik Gold Shop. Opened Satoshi Boxes enable entrants to earn Satoshis as long as the weekly Reward Pool is not depleted.

6. Satoshi Vault Keys not used during a Weekly Challenge can be used to unlock Satoshi Boxes in the following Weekly Challenge and will draw Satoshis from their respective Reward Pools if available.


Eligibility

1. The Reward is open to entrants aged 18 years or over who hold a valid eRepublik.com account.

2. The Reward is open to legal residents of the countries supported by the ZEBEDEE platform with the exception of Netherlands, Belgium and South Korea or any other jurisdiction where the marketing, promotion or provision of any Reward is prohibited.

3. Depending on your country of residence, you may not be able to participate in the Reward. It is your responsibility to follow the rules and laws in your country of residence and/or country from which you access the eRepublik.com Services.

4. eRepublik reserve the right to refuse any entry, or refuse to award any Reward to anyone that is believed to be in breach of the Agreement or ZEBEDEE Terms of Service (https://zebedee.io/terms).

5. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter the Reward.


Reward

1. Any earned Satoshis can only be withdrawn to the ZEBEDEE Application. During the reward Period, the daily maximum amount of earned Satoshis a participant can withdraw is 500 Satoshis.

2. Satoshis not claimed until December 5th will be removed from the eRepublik accounts and will be forfeited.

3. All Reward details not specified in these Terms will be determined in eRepublik’s and ZEBEDEE’s sole discretion. eRepublik is not responsible for and will not replace any lost or stolen Reward or any Reward that is undeliverable or does not reach the participant that is awarded the Reward because of incorrect or changed contact information or non-compliance with the Agreement or ZEBEDEE’s Terms of Service (https://zebedee.io/terms). If the participant that is awarded the Reward does not accept or use the entire Reward, the unaccepted or unused part of the Reward will be forfeited and eRepublik will have no further obligation with respect to that Reward or portion of the Reward. eRepublik is not responsible for any inability of the participant that is awarded the Reward to accept or use any Reward (or portion thereof) for any reason. No transfers or award substitutions will be made, except at eRepublik’s sole discretion. No more than the stated Reward Pools will be awarded.


General Conditions

1. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Reward is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Reward is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by in their sole discretion, the Promoters may, in their sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Reward to address the impairment and then resume the Reward in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Reward.

2. The Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Reward or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

3. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Reward may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoters reserve the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.


Suspension and Termination of your Account; Withdrawal of the Game

1. If we suspend your user account and access to the eRepublik.com Service under the Terms of Service, then you will not be able to participate during the period of that suspension.

2. If we terminate your user account and access to the eRepublik.com Service under the NFT Terms, then you will cease to be able to participate in the Reward.

3. If we withdraw the relevant game, the Reward will be immediately cancelled, and you will no longer be able to participate in the Reward.



Disclaimers. Limitations of Liability

1. SATOSHIS MAY BE SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LIMITATIONS OF PROHIBITIONS IN SOME COUNTRIES. YOUR PARTICIPATION AND POTENTIAL AWARD OF SATOSHIS IN THE REWARD IS SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION AND POTENTIAL AWARD OF SATOSHIS IN THE REWARD IS PERMITTED AND MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. WE DECLINE ANY LIABILITIES FOR YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH LAWS.

2. Disclaimer. We have no control over and make no guarantees or promises with respect to the functionality of ZEBEDEE’s platform/application or the relevant and/or transactions. We are not responsible for losses due to blockchains or any other features of ZEBEDEE’s platform/application.

3. Total liability: Except as provided in section 5 below, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed €100 (one hundred Euros).

4. No responsibility for losses. Except as provided in section 5 below, we will not be responsible or liable to you for any losses you incur as the result of your participation in the Reward, including but not limited to any losses, damages or claims arising from: (a) user error, such as forgotten passwords or incorrectly construed transactions; (b) server failure or data loss; (c) corrupted wallet files; (d) unauthorized access or activities by third parties, including but not limited to the use of viruses, phishing, bruteforcing or other means of attack against the eRepublik.com Services and/or ZEBEDEE’s platform/electronic wallet or the relevant blockchain (e) any other matter outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control which prevents the Promoter from performing its obligations under these Terms. Such matters include but are not limited to the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, fire or flood, pandemic, riot or legal restrictions.

5. Liability we accept. Sections 3 and 4 above do not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

6. eRepublik is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants in the Reward in the redemption of the Reward.
