Where is the Vision? Where is the Leadership?
The Victory and Peace Tower that stands upon Parliament Hill is one of the most iconic images there is of Canada. It was constructed shortly after the First World War. It serves as a symbol of the vision, strength and leadership that led to the Allied victory in the Great War and their hope for a future peace.
Our forefathers thought it wise to inscribe on one-side of the tower, as a reminder, the phrase: “where there is no vision, the people perish.”
Today, eCanada is at war. We have pledged our full support to our American friends as they face off against the enemy hordes of TWO.
There is no time with a greater need for vision than now, while we confront the threat that TWO poses to both eCanada and eUSA.
The question is: Where is the vision?
Our Military Units have been left stranded – having to pick and choose battles because the orders on strategic priorities are not being passed along from the administration.
Sadly, our MUs are not alone in being kept out of the loop. In fact, aside from an Executive Order, 5 days ago, we have not heard from the administration about this war. The inactivity of this administration during this time of war is quite stunning.
Is the administration even talking to the eUSA? I’d like to assume so, but the lack of communication makes that a valid question.
Is the administration getting informed about the eUSA’s general strategy, in order to help advise eCanadians how we can best assist? The lack of information on a strategic dialogue with the United States has led to many people questioning our involvement in this war.
Make no mistake, we in the CPF are one hundred per cent behind this war. We just want to make sure that eCanada is fighting smart and actually assisting.
All we are asking for is regular updates and battle orders. During this time of war, eCanada needs an administration with vision to provide leadership. Otherwise, our efforts will be futile.

After Moths of occupation and no congress, however government has been left more or less a rump state. Perhaps leadership can come for outside?

I wouldn't say there's a lack of communication but it feels like something is missing. There isn't much 'scope' on what we are doing I think, I'm not sure...
There is just a load of repetitive crap about a non existent baby boom project. Has anyone actually managed to recruit yet?? Seems we are wasting time and money on it.
doubt it would work now anyways, they are targeting universities when barley any students are there and we dont even have a country and bonuses which makes it even harder to retain the ones we do get

I agree though that the Battle Orders could be managed a bit better but hey I cant do everything here 😛 ;and I dont know if our MoD is in direct contact with eUSA to coordinate, I'm leaning towards no though.

The CP is responsible for creating action. No congress is irrelevant since they are largely unimportant anyway in terms of game mechanics.

I'm doing my best to post and update the Battle Orders every day,and yes, i have a direct contact with eUS MoD...so just keep calm and follow the battle orders.

Mate am good at keeping calm when information is providing. Your updating of the battle orders is excellent and really helps
Reading the posts it's obvious people are pissed off about the general level of communication and the lack of a proper plan.
We seem to be stuck in a cycle of starting endless uncoordinated RW's which achieve nothing other than wasting peoples money and resources. At the very least we should be coordinating our attacks.

I can tell ya one thing, there wont be a 2nd term at this rate for our CP.
What i dont understand is Oinyo had a great campaign for CP, lots of energy, lots of time put in keeping us informed, lots of promises, lots of enthusiasm and lots of hope for something different. I voted for him.
in the last week, it seems as if there has been a complete 180 degree turn. Literally Nothing to say from him. No articles, other than one, no comments, no direction, no updates. I've personally sent him a message asking him where hes been, but no reply.
Its sad really when you get right down to it. Awful quiet in eCanada these days....
Sometimes this place is too much like real life. We get sucked in by promises our pollies make and allow ourselves to believe they will actually improve things.
The situation we are in is nearly impossible to fix without outside help. Oinyo has proven his doesn't have the skills or ability to provide leadership.
All I can say is I'm glad I never voted for him.

No Maximus I'm just tired of people like him making excuses. He ran for CP and should have known it would have been time consuming, especially under the current circumstances.

Very good, my income has doubled and my daily damage has risen constantly. Besides, not having to work my ass off for a country that doesn't respect what I do is also a very positive thing.

I am incredibly sorry everyone.
I am still 100% gun ho and we do have some great plans going on.
Sadly this week has been hell and I have been through hell at work. Just today I flew to BC for an emergency meeting and just got back 2 hours ago.
I will get active and will get everything back to normal soon. I deeply apologize for the lack of activity but do note I should be good to go 100% again Monday again and even though I am only on 3ish hours a day this week I am still doing things.
I am in contact with the US and eSpain and I am trying to get things resolved still. Just yesterday i aqsked eSpain how their vote for the NAP was going and I mailed the US as well to give us battle orders.
We DESPERATELY want to help the US but it seems they are not talking to us or giving us directions. This is why our MOD's are having such a hard time. Please do not blame them for the lack of direction as we as just not getting any atm .

lol 😛 Honestly if you have the time and passion you should run next term. Put in a solid good campaign and dedicate the time and effort needed daily and make it happen.
If you didn't have the time and passion then you should never had stood in the first place. All we've seen from you is excuses and second rate plans.
