Hello once again,
As promised I'm submitting my 10 day article. My third such communication. I point this out since my last term as CP I was lambasted for not communicating enough. This time around something more nefarious and strange has come about. More on that later...
State of Affairs:
The training wars with New Zealand and Albania are still ongoing and will be for the foreseeable future. All citizens are encouraged to follow battle orders as they are published. Current orders are to win all Direct Wars with New Zealand and Resistance Wars with Albania while losing the opposite battles with each
Financials:
The treasury is still pretty weak as compared to other nations of our size. I'm running for re-election and if I win I will be running a fairly lucrative contest to raise funds to fill up the treasury.
MPPs:
I wanted to sign an MPP with Ukraine and they were quite receptive. It was shot down by our dictator though. No real reason for it as Russia gave no indication this would be bad for relations. Not that we've had any as of late anyway. I've been trying to build our MPP stack with both my opinions and those of others. The countries others have preferred have said NO each time. The ones I choose have had a mixed result. Mostly yes. Which would be Ukraine and Indonesia. Iran would also sign if we dropped the TW with NZ.
Given the current alliance and aligned factions it's tough to team up with those that would serve our best interests while keeping everyone happy both community wise and our chosen MPP partners. If elected I will push for more heavy hitting countries to align with. I know a great many players in this game so it's easy to talk with all of them.
Education and Society:

I would however, like to see an article that gives us some insight into Ireland's history or some eRep history not everyone is familiar with.
As I mentioned earlier there's been some bashing going on. Let me give a brief synopsis.
I volunteered to Captain Regiment 8 of the Irish Army. Upon calling my Regiment to muster I noticed that all but one were AWOL. I immediately terminated them all. Just as I had done when I held the IA Commander position a few years ago. Apparently I made a rogue decision and should have consulted my "boss". Who knew the CP had a boss? That being said what followed was shear madness. Releasethekrakken the current IA commander saw fit to remove me from said captaincy to "stop me from creating further havoc in the MU" to paraphrase. I was told I didn't understand game mechanics and that 20 members are needed in each Regiment to have a Captain. That may be the case but I'm pretty sure that's to create new regiments. If I was the last one left I would still be Captain and the Regiment would exist. I could be wrong. It's only logical anyway. I find this rationale and logic flawed as it was also purported that I deleted two other members in other Regiments. This is totally impossible unless I am Commander. I was briefly made a 2nd Commander but I was removed from that before I deleted anyone I can attest to that.
What ensued afterwards were smear articles by RTK one after the other and seeing him return to eIre and him being nominated to run against me in an all out effort to shun someone who has done plenty for eIre. Just check my wiki for a brief part of my accomplishments.
Again, I made a mistake. I will not however, be bullied, intimidated or be made to look like a fool. I fully intend on running for CP in November and I hope you all make the right choice to let me continue what I've started. Until we meet again.

can we have a list of who you deleted? I have seen 1 new player in that mu that has joined the pirates now. strange how a player would be AWOL and then can join other mu's. there was 131 members it dropped to 111 after your actions. therefore 20 players was removed or quit . there is no way we can figure out what happened to them if you cant provide us with a list of players you removed.
i can delete all "inactives" our controls allow us to filter inactives /actives.
as to the 20 member requirement. one can only appoint a captain in a regiment with 20 members. of course once appointed it is not necessary to maintain the regiment at 20 members. but it is clear from my articles that I proposed 6 regiments with 20 members each It was in the comment section of one of that articles you volunteered to lead the "yet to be formed regiment 8" meaning it was an empty regiment before. I moved 20 players into that regiment from a regiment that had 40 members. according to the blueprint I clearly outlined . upon discovering a sudden drop in members with no communication or pm I checked each regiment of each captain . I have always been 2nd commander/commander in mu's or soldier so my controls always allowed me to remove and move everyone in a mu of the same rank as me and below. I will have to chekc out the captain's abilities in the wiki. So indeed there is no bias or nefarious conduct. I came upon you and emfame in my newly formed regiment that i myself had done the troubles less than 2 days ago to create according to a detailed blueprint that was available for all . as safety measure I revoked your captaincy so to inquire about your reasons for the drastic move. So at that time we had 111 members and after a few more days 109.
I asked you to make reperations or to provide me with reasons why you did it. I also outlined in an article why I did this. In this article you made no attempt to apologize for your actions and continued with your arrogant ...
rhetoric and excuse. Apparently you have been IA Commander before me and allowed your captains in your term to do whatever they please. Also you agreed with a person that asked why a Serbian player was commander and even added that in your opinion Don Croata our previous commander the only person of croatian nationality also lead the mu should not have led the MU him being croatain . not croatian citizen but croatian person therefore this was clear xenophobia on your part.
now to continue the Irish army have been more or less a mu like many others with inactive members in it. it has a fair number of members so when a new person joins ireland and check for mu's to join by virtue of our higher numbers we will be first on that list. as to the command structure the Iirsh army is the military wing of the military junta that rules Eireland. Therefore a CP can rule the land to a certain extent until we decide his rule should be ended. Which we already did. When your appointed captain in a regiment your captain and let me just repeat what someone else said about this.

In a MU political titles means nothing. As Mu captain I assigned you a role which you accepted. In the context of the MU you do what I tell you. As CP you can request actions from me but at this stage we no longer consider you in charge of the country. sorry bro but you have through your incapibility to follow a chain of command dislayed your total ineptitude to run the country. I declared you rogue and will persist you rogue. Any person that think you cannot do harm to the country is reading your actions totally wrong. Because you dont back up your arguments with facts. You deleted 18 members of a regiment maybe more. Maybe that regiment was 22 members. You calimed that in your opinion they where all AWOL or inactive. AWOL means absent without leave meaning usually a soldier left his camp without getting permission from his superiors just like you destroyed a regiment without consulting me , biednymis or shytach . therefore how they where actually awol you should put clear facts in front of us outlining who they where. and what is more important you should hjave contacted us and informed us of your proposal and we could have worked though the regiments and perhaps have given you a few more active players. if in fact what your saying is correct because i cant with 100% certainty say thatI accept your claims.

Now lets discuss Ukraine Russia has been a long term friend and ally to eIreland. You claim erroneously that the dictator shot it down but you continued with an informal government called the Dublin commune. In that commune the proposal was laid before the 30 or so members of the commune and the Ukraine MPP was voted down by everyone that voted. Perhaps here you can put facts before us and tell us who voted Yes and who voted No . The dictator thereby pressed the button that the majority of members of the commune chose. In fact without the dictator the vote would still have been NO in a normal congress. Here again we see you stirring the pot. Apparently you have a problem with the dictator and I assume will start attacking him or her.

Also reasons was provided for their votes by most of the players that participated in the Dublin Commune. You claim no real reason was provided but everyone motivated this. Perhaps they can repeat their comments there .So that you can be updated on the reasons as apparently you did not read them. or perhaps terms like shoot down.... no real reasons just fit your false narrative more.
Also apparently I returned to shun you. I am not certain where you got that idea from. I returned because in Serbia our work taxes was put at a percentage that made any profits impossible. Furthermore some people broke the party I was in Srpski Narodni Front. I moved there because they had full bonuses before the current system . In the current system we can operate our factories in any country separate from our nationality. .The main reason I remained in Serbia was because serbia is the big dog nobody messes with meaning your production would remain unaffected by wars. I am running to return to a system closer to what we outlined when we started the Junta. My stint in serbia/bulgaria is a small part of my career I am a member of eIreland it was time to return. It cost me money to publish articles in our feed and as well I dont get True Patriot medals in other countries.
