[CP] The Baltic Treaty | Baltijas Līgums

Mēs – Latvija, Polija, Somija un Zviedrija – visas dalām kopīgas intereses, dzīvojot ap Baltijas jūru, un mums katrai ir pa kolonijai Baltijas jūras krastā, kurā mēs vēlamies nodrošināt un garantēt savas intereses.

Tas būtu tikai loģiski ja mēs paliktu draudzīgi un konstanti censtos uzlabot savstarpējās attiecības, kuras mēs pēdējo mēnešu laikā esam attīstījuši ar veiksmīgu un draudzīgu sadarbību.

Šī līguma, kurš turpmāk vienos mūsu valstis, galvenais mērķis ir nostiprināt tiesības uz mūsu kolonijām un interešu zonām, kā arī nodrošināt tālāku sadarbību arī nākotnē lai katras līguma dalībvalsts galvenās intereses ir nodrošinātas.

Balstoties uz augstāk aprakstīto, mēs esam piekrituši šādiem punktiem:

1. Somija, Latvija, Polija un Zviedrija viena ar otru vienmēr centīsies uzturēt tuvas un draudzīgas attiecības.

2. Līguma dalībvalstis viena ar otru pastāvīgi uzturēs aktīvu MPP, izņemot gadījumus, ja dalībvalstis ir vienojušās citādi.

3. Visas līguma dalībvalstis garantē viena otras tiesības uz esošajām kolonijām:
a) Zviedrijas tiesības uz Dānijas reģioniem
b) Latvijas un Somijas tiesības uz Igaunijas reģioniem
c) Polijas tiesības uz Lietuvas reģioniem

4. Līguma dalībvalstis nesadarbosies nekādā veidā vai formā ar augstāk minētajām citu līguma dalībvalstu kolonijām, kā arī neslēgs ar viņām NAP vai MPP. Valstis var brīvi rīkoties ar savām kolonijām.

5. Līguma dalībvalstis vienmēr centīsies palīdzēt viena otrai krīzes brīžos, ja tā brīža ģeopolitiskajā situācijā tas būs iespējams.

As Finland, Latvia, Poland and Sweden we share common interests, finding ourselves encircling the Baltic Sea and having each a colony we would like to safeguard.

It is only natural that we should remain on amicable grounds and forever strive to sustain the good relations that we have developed over the months through friendly cooperation and agreement.

The aim of this Pact, a mutual and commonly shared amongst our nations' agreement, is to safeguard what we have in terms of land and influence, and moreover ensure future cooperation, so that each one of us has their most important interests secured.

Inspired by the sentiments that are discussed above, we have agreed on the following:

1. Finland, Latvia, Poland and Sweden will always strive to maintain strong, friendly relations with one another.

2. Aligned states will maintain MPPs with one another, provided that the respective nations have not agreed otherwise.

3. Each participating country guarantees each of the other countries' rigth to their colonies, namely:
a) Sweden's right to Danish regions
b) Finland's and Latvia's right to Estonian regions
c) Poland's right to Lithuanian regions

4. Signing countries will not cooperate with any of the above mentioned colonies, will not have NAPs or MPPs with them, except from the one which is their property which can be managed in any way the country wants.

5. Signatory states will always try to help one another in moments of crisis, if it is possible in given geopolitical circumstances.
