[CP] Orion Games: Rules and Rewards

Dear citizens of the Netherlands,

It is my pleasure to inform you that the 2nd Orion Games are just around the corner!

Tomorrow on day 3,836 the weekly leadersboards are being reset! This means a fresh start for every country MU and player. Starting tomorrow the 2nd Orion games will be held! Like the first Orion games the event will last for one week. The goal is to score as many points as possible in different categories. During the first Orion games the Netherlands managed to become first! during the event we provided weapon supplies based on total amount of kills as well as damage to support our citizens. This month I want the Ministry of Defense to start a similar supply program! Like the first Orion games, the prize money (if we win any) will be distributed among citizens that participated during the games. If you fight hard you will thus receive more weapons from the supply program as well as earn more money from the prize money.

The prize money for the 2nd Orion games have once again been collected by Orion HQ and thanks to private donations we have a very nice prize pool!

The rules of the 2nd Orion games have been slightly adjusted. Please have a look at the new rules below!

The competition will take place over the typical weekly challenge period
An average will be taken for each country of the previous 4 weeks in both damage and kills.

Kills:
Most improve😛 ((new-old)/old)x100%
1st place 3 points
2nd place 2 points
3rd place 1 point
4th place 0 points
5th place 0 points

The placement will be decided based on the percentage of improvement determined by using that formula.

Ex. of calculation - Average for Country A over last 4 weeks was 5 kills per week. During tournament, Country A gets 10 kills. ((10-5)/5) x 100% = 100%. There was a 100% improvement.

Damage:
Most improve😛 ((new-old)/old) x 100%

Bonus Points:
- The country which gets the highest damage per capita will get 1 bonus point.
Calculated by taking total damage and dividing by number of active citizens found on the society page on the last day of the competition
- The country which gets the highest ground kills per capita will get 1 bonus point.
- The country which gets the highest air kills per capita will get 1 bonus point.
- The country which gets the highest air damage per capita will get 1 bonus point.

Like during the last Orion games we have to play to come up with a strategy in order for us to do well again. For now the advice of the government is to push hard for points in the main categories. Bonus points will be very hard for eNL as our society knows a lot of 'active citizens' who in fact sleep. This will drag down our % kills/citizens. However when it comes to change compared to previous weeks we should be able to perform well!

Tips:
- Use Damage boosters when you have full energy and e.g. go for a Battle Hero medal at the same time.
- Fight for TP to earn extra money (if you do this try to fight in our direct battle for NL so you receive the 10% Natural Enemy Damage boost.
- Fight for Canada against the Netherlands and use the Ghostboosters which add an x amount of damage to your hit. This booster can boost your hit by as much as 90k damage per hit. Another adventage of the ghostbooster is that it allows you to do 1 hit kills. This means you can work on your total kills as well!
- Aerial Damage! Last games we didn't perform very well in the aerial category compared to our progress in the ground category. As our Aerial damage is not very high we can improve our damage output in this category very easily. Fighting in the aerial battles also allows you to save some money on weapons.
