Unfortunately, Rikian's RL pulling him away from being as active as he'd hoped. He needs to step down, so I have found a replacement.
If you recall my first term, I had a very capable MoD who helped us plant the eIreland flag in London. I have asked Don Croata to step in for the rest of the term. It's a reunion !
