[CP] leaving Nebula alliance

After a discussion with senior players and most of the cabinet members we have decided to leave the Nebula Alliance. There are two major reasons for this:

1) There is no communication from their side what so ever. I and Anubis had asked some questions regarding the alliance months ago, and there is no reply even few minutes back.

2) We have had trouble with the leader of the alliance, and that is never a good thing.

So, we have decided to leave the alliance, as we believe that this is better for eIndia to move forward.

Also, Alliance leader goes for Cheap BH Hunting in the Indian battle & during the time of real war, no contribution was seen so far.
