Another CP election is around the corner and this time I have decided to contest for Country President and try to see if I can improve the current state of eIndia.

About me

I have been actively involved in eIndia governance for the past 7 months, and I think I have gained sufficient knowledge and experience for being a president. My past works.

Hemanathan - Managed IU congress election
Exibot - dMoF. Auditing Orgs, sale of orgs.
Hemanthan - MoF. Gold Loans, increased loan distribution, reports.
Shakti - Advisor. Well, govt was inactive.

Observation

During the past 7 months, I have seen some amazing times (Real war with Thais), dull times(most of the times) and sad times in India (Internal fighting, IU vs anti-IU and many other).

In retrospect, in the past 7 months, I havent seen a real change in eIndia. And, please, I am not blaming the CPs or their government. It is just that, we are in the same place and have not progressed much. Old players are quiting, and the babyboom is still elusive. We are loosing damage. We have no population and we have no tanks.

Government Restructuring

In the past, the govt has been formed with assigning people in fixed position, MoD, MoF, MoFA and so on. It works. People are assigned what roles they play and what are their tasks. But in some cases, this structure fails, if the person incharge is inactive for some reason (which is quite common). I have seen, governments perform well in few departments while failing in other departments because of this problem.

In order to address this issue, if elected to office, I planning to experiment with the way my govt will be structured. My govt will consist of one CP, one VP (to take decision in my absence), a council of Senators and a council of Veterans.

Senators will include those who are active and have proved their loyalty to India. All Senators will be involved in the decision making process. They are expected to be in IRC as much as they can and voice their opinions to help me make the decisions. All simple decisions will be taken in #eIndia.Cabinet. And every one who is online can influence the decision.

Veterans will include those who are not so actively involved in the politics but where involved earlier and have proved their loyalty to India. Veterans will be consulted in case of major decisions, and will not be burdened in simpler decisions. But they can be more involved if they choose to.

Every one will be a equal. Everyone will have their voice in any of the issues. The council will decide on the tasks, and the members can volunteer to take responsibility for that task.

This restructuring can be a good thing or bad thing. It can lead to chaos. There will be diffusion of responsibility, resulting in decrease in performance. If this structuring does not work, I will revert to the old structure.

Key Points : If elected, few important issues I would like to address during my term

a. Mentor program.
This is the single most important program, in my opinion and will try everything in my power to see it a success.
A babyboom without a mentor program, will be a fruitless Babyboom. A Good mentor program, in itself, can bring about mini babybooms.
A stable mentor program is thus essential.

b. War.
War is very tricky. It is obvious that we really need a war. But we have limited options. We have two neighbors. China, Thailand. China is an ally, and we wont go to war with them.
We are left with Thailand. Thailand is having good relations with India. They are not interested in attacking us.

c. Relooking IndianArmy.
This program obviously has few minor issues that needs to be addressed.

d. Recalling NRI.
It is worse that we have a rather small community. On top of it, loosing people to other
countries is truly hurting us. I would like to recall everyone who who still believe in eIndia.

e. Relooking the Financial Structure
Most of the current government plans were made when we were earning around 200k per day.
Unfortunately, we are currently earning around 5000 per day. If we continue to spend like
earlier we will run out of reserves much faster. Hence the Tax structure and the government
expenses need to be readdressed.

f. Alliance Membership
We have maintained a near neutral stance to nearly all issues related to alliance. We need to
put an end to this. We must now take the hard decisions and be willing to carry a alliance flag.
In order to achieve this, I plan to conduct a survey and based on the majority, take a decision.
