[cp-elections] Luuklag's proposed government [Editted]

Dear all,

On the day before the elections I would like to propose my gov until now. This will give all of you a bit more insight into my plans, and the capable people that are going to execute them. I also heard some comments of I&W not allowing young people a chance in politics, to repel that you can see that most of my SS’s don't have any government experience, and are here to learn just that. I will make sure that they stay active, and all get their own task, so they really have something to do and to achieve.

Minister of Education, Culture and Coaching: NoTie112

Special Defense advisor: Garmr

Minister of Finance: broersje
SS: Mael Dunbar

You might notice that I have merged 2 ministries, which are the ministry of Education and Culture, and the ministry of Recruitment and Coaching. This resulted in the Ministry of ECC.
The recruitment will become the tasks of a special task-force yet to be instated, as you could have read in my plans, which will hopefully continue its work independent of future governments to keep its work better continued. I chose to do this cause i noticed that many minister of coaching re-invented the wheel every time, and didn’t really knew what to do about it. Anyone that is willing to join this task-force can send me a PM, and hopefully it will be in place on the 6th of November. If this works out successfully we might add the coaching department to this task-force as well as it is the same sort of work.

[EDIT] Following up on the question of broersje: Auggustus will be instated as chief of staff. The chief of staff is in charge of the communication between congress and the government. Since this are things that didn't went well in the past I decided to put a single person in charge so that it's clear for everyone whom to turn to with question or comments about governmental policy and communication.
