Hello. Thank you for your supporting! I really appreciate it very much!

在上一份競選諮文中，很多朋友回復了我的報紙，我也看到了我的問題，在此，我再一次懇請各位能給我這新人一個為大眾服務的機會。
From comments of my last presidential election presentation, I have learnt where my problem exists. Anyway, I beg once more for the opportunity of serving you all.

對於內閣成員，有的朋友發出了質疑，拋出了“水木黨比重過高”的可能性，其實各位如果注意了最近幾屆內閣會發現，在我的內閣名單中，全部是繼承現有內閣而來，而且我也沒有“水木內閣”的想法，EC的繁榮是需要各個黨派通力合作的，並不是說單獨某個黨派能撐起來的。
Some voters questioned that most of the cabinet members I have recommended are SMTH members. Actually, if have paid attention to previous periods of cabinet, you could easily find out that my recommendation is a succession of previous cabinet members. What’s more, I never thought about to build a “SMTH cabinet”. In my opinion, the prosperous of eChina is based on the co-operation of eChina parties, not one single party.

為了這屆CP，我虛心向上屆CP85求教，並配合85展開對伊朗的NE行動，熟悉整個事情的發展，我相信可以處理好這些關係，維護好EC的各種利益。
I have a good preparation for being the next President. I humbly sought advices from the former president 85, and I have coordinated with him in NE eIran action. I have a good knowledge on the whole event. I resolutely believe I can cope with the relationships and protect eChina interests.

作為一個新人，非常懼怕自己對E世界理解有限，會耽誤EC的前途，為了避免這些問題發生，特意留下了85（生病中，望早日康復）、juzheng（今天的論文答辯要順利）為VP，來為我不成熟的想法之路，使我不會出現大的偏差。
As a freshman, I am afraid of the limitation on my view of eWorld will interfere with the development of eChina. To avoid this, I remain 85 and juzheng as Vice President to guide my way and point out my immature thoughts.

在內政方面，我會用我自己的想法為廣大EC民眾謀求福利，並不是簡單的複製以往，而且推陳出新，因為我覺得EC需要新鮮血液。
In terms of internal affairs, I will seek further welfare for eChina citizens in my way. It’s not a simple copy of former ones. It’s a totally new one, because I think eChina needs fresh blood.

在內閣，我真心希望更多的新人加入，只有新鮮血液的加入，才能為EC帶來活力，在此，我在此誠懇的希望有心為EC出力的朋友能加入進來，沒有任何黨派、級別、信仰的限制，只要你有心為EC出力。
I hope more freshman could join the cabinet. Only with fresh blood can eChina be more energetic. Hereupon, I sincerely ask for friends with passions on eChina’s development to join us beyond the limitation of parties, levels or religions. What we need is your only passion on eChina.
