eIndian Budgeting Program
Currently Congress and Government talk about the eIndian Budgeting Program the program for make a CP can use budget from eIndian Treasury through the Dictator this program to prevent CP use their own money for make a program..

The using for budgeting will be observe by the congress and Dictator, the budget must not more than 15000 inr, this budget excluding a war budget..

But because we still not have Head of Congress i still talk with our Dictator wittyprakash about the procedure of using eIndian budgeting..
