Hi eAustralia

See the thing is, we all come here for different reasons.

Some enjoy the medals, some enjoy the fighting (both in game, and yes, some internally).

We all have different views, beliefs, backgrounds and history.

We joined eRep for fun, perhaps a bit of an outlet, whatever floats your boat.

But when we work together for something, regardless of how we argue internally, we do something special.

NOW I HAVE A QUESTION




How did it FEEL?


When we put all the bullcrap aside, this month we actually FOUGHT. We wanted to win, and those MAGIC moments where we secured NT, Queensland and then SA, worked together on the common goal of regaining our Country, our Congress and our pride in this country...

I FOR ONE FELT PRETTY GOOD

NOT because of me personally doing anything.

Because we all tried.

We all gave what we had, people worked tirelessly regardless of whether they were on IRC, Forums, or Game.

Because we pushed in the same direction.

Infighting in ANY country is a given. eAustralia is GOOD at it, but then again, so are a lot of other countries.

The THING is, there is a time to do this, and a time to put your pen and paper down and stop focusing on the page.



Listen to the music that is our country. Let it drown everything else out, let it take you higher than the things that piss you off, and just keep steadfast in YOUR purpose.

No one is wrong in this game. People will always complain, and though I ran on trying to unify this month, contrary to a few ... alternative ... views this month, my plan was NOT to try and stop the debate.

MY POINT WAS TO SHOW WE CAN FOCUS ON WHAT WAS IMPORTANT.

I think I did that job, regardless of the detractors from this view.

We are active more than we have been in a while.

So remember the feeling of when we took those regions if you will. But, remember what it felt like to work together on the important stuff.

CONGRATULATIONS TO SO MANY PEOPLE WHO HELPED OVER THE LAST 24 HOURS. YOU ALL DESERVE AN AWARD.
