Greetings my fellow Indians & eRepublikans
A week has gone by, and this is a short report of what we did and what we are about to do in the coming days.

"Bring back the Daily Dispatch!"


We have been hearing it from various quarters and almost on a daily basis. After consulting several experts, the Govt. has unanimously decided to restart the Daily Dispatch Programme with certain terms and conditions, so as to not affect the economy of India.

1. The Daily Dispatch is open to players who are either below level 26, or who have less than 2000 Strength. The players should be a member of the Govt. owned BRATS MU and have Indian CS.

2. The Daily Dispatch will be given once a day and only to the players who are online on IRC. The request for dispatch has to be made on the channel #IndianArmy after filling up the request form at http://e-india.tk/ . The dispatchers after proper verification will send the dispatch, as per their convenience.

3. The Daily Dispatch is limited to 10 q6 weapons per day. The players after getting their dispatch should ensure that they use the weapons to fight for at least 60ff by the end of the day. The scam artists will be identified and blacklisted from the programme.

4. The players, to be eligible for daily dispatch, have to be active and fight regularly.

I urge everyone to participate in the Treasure Hunt being organized on 16th December 2012. A team for the event can consist of maximum 4 players and minimum 1 player. In case you ain't aware about it, the winners will take the grand pot of 45 Golds.

The meet, as stated before, will be organized on "The day after the world ends" aka 22nd December 2012. So far the response & effort from the organizers of Mumbai, Bengaluru aka Bangalore and Chennai Meet Up has been overwhelming. We have two problems under the Foreign Affairs, on our priority list, to tackle.
1. Karnataka: Croatians informed us their intention of returning back the state of Karnataka to India. Unfortunately, we were informed that a Rogue Croatian MU has been trying to prevent the Region from being returned back to us. The Croatian Govt. has assured our Hon'ble MoFA Alector that they will be taking steps soon to ensure that India gets back Karnataka. Our approach is to wait for few more days and act accordingly.
2. North-East India: It has been decided that the Chinese govt. will be approached with a rental proposal of 20,000 CC per month as the rent for the region of North-East India under their control.
