Good citizens of Norway. Our decorations for performance in politics, civil service, patriotism and the military have been in practise for a while, but so far - with the exception of the ATO-medal - has been it has been practically dormant. Congress has now agreed to award 1000 NOK along with each medal and on this occasion we are re-launching it with a new and improved application system.
I believe these changes along with the renewed interest for the decorations we have seen over the past few weeks will insure that they become an instant classic.
