[CP] Another quick update on Senate

Gentle sheilas and blokes (and less gentle sheilas and blokes, which is often more common around here when we attack Indo). We have won another battle against the oppressors and set the stage for congress.

Unfortunately there was a casualty.

My brave Minister of Defense and Kiwi defector has worked long long hours the past couple days and is, I believe, somewhere on his floor unable to move.

As you know from our last update we ensured that we got the first deadline with our extension of the Tasmania battle. Now let's see where we are:

* 02:00 erep on the 23rd (Now a couple hours ago): This is when the number of seats you have in congress is decided. It can not change if you gain or lose regions after this unless you can't have an election.

* 00:00 erep on the 25th: This is when the election starts. Need at least one region.

* 06:00 erep on the 26th: This is when the vote checking period ends. Need at least one region.

We have now guaranteed a region for the start of the election on the 25th because of game mechanics (24 hours to vote on an NE). Meeting the 3rd checkpoint is much easier now but not 'guaranteed' yet.

The last checkpoint is within sight but we need to be a bit vigilant for any country that just wants to try and deny us congress. Well, not any country, mostly Chile and Indonesia.

Chile is fairly busy with Argentina right, however, Indonesia is a bit of a concern. They are in a war with our good ally South Africa right now but that battle is likely to end within the next couple hours. Before it does we will send out own NE to prevent them from attacking us before congress.

In the worst case scenario we also have plans B and C hiding around the desk with a couple other regional options. We do not anticipate having to use them.

For now, rejoice. We have worked our asses off the past couple days to try and make sure we had a congress. We have shown the rest of the eWorld that we don't just lay down and take it. We have shown them the Spirit of Australia and the spirit of our new alliance!

Hail Australia!
Hail South Africa!
Hail Nan!
