[Congress][UKRP] Why the R matters

Congress elections are coming up – so every party is going to be plying for your support so its important to look at who will do their best to work for you, keep you informed and ensure that the eUK continues to be the great nation we know and love!
So with that in mind I present to you: the additional R’s of UKRP!
In congress you want someone who is reliable. Discussion is key in congress, voting is key in congress.
This is where UKRP shines. Our congress members – new and old – put 100% into congress, because we see it as a vital part of the eUK.
In the latest MoFA article we were applauded for our attendance for voting: 100% turnout!
The UKRP is old. No-one could ever deny that, and why should we. We have a long and intricate past which has ups and downs – but we are relevant.
Our new members attest to that. Our feeds and IRC chats are as full as ever. Our aim is to reform the UK through commitment to our newbies and to our principles.
I strongly recommend that all players, new and old, have a look around a number of different parties and have a look to see which ones pay attention and let them get involved!
Congress needs to communicate. We at UKRP take that very seriously.
Out of all the parties – UKRP have been the only party to publish views, opinions and discussion within an article format so that the public can see it to help promote discussion - not only within the congress group but also within the wider community. This is something that we will be pushing hard for and continue to do so.
Not only that but we have consistently been some of the most active members of the congressional discussion groups in game. We will work with who-ever is in power to ensure that the eUK is fairly represented from all quarters.
We'll be running under TUP despite us now being in the top 5 - due to game mechanics unfortunately!
Think about what you want from a candidate.
Think about what you deserve from congress.
Think about your vote - because it matters.
Vote UKRP on the 25th by voting for TUP. Ewww I know but we p cool so do it anyways!

I thought that the R stood for Reform. Did you give up? What reforms have you recently proposed/have in mind?
The R still stands for Reform - but conveniently also stands for these things too.
And Lancer - I lol'd when typing it 😃
Funny that just a month ago I was accused of 'selling out' by some UKRP members for making a new, better party with Alfagrem after DSP.
Centre left and centre right running under one banner? Desperate times call for desperate measures I guess.
The old left/right boundaries are meaningless, really. The debate is now on how to sustain a community built up by TUP, UKRP, PCP and tangentially ESO when Nude Era and One Direction propose a very different kind of community - long may this debate continue.

Wait, this is all irrelevant to me now! Huzzah!
TUP generously offered to run some candidates for us - a sign of respect that they wish for UKRP to have a presence within Congress. It doesn't mean that our candidates are running under their policies, just under their banner. And I assumed that this would make sense.
We can put our differences aside for the betterment of the eUK, what about the rest of you?
