[Congress] NO (and Neutral) report

Greeting, citizens of Netherlands,

due to the popularity of negativity enjoyed by certain individual... beings in Netherlands, we release a "NO (and Neutral) report" of Congress this month. For more information you can click here.

"NO report" needs to be divided in two categories: "Ingame negativity index" and "Outgame negativity index". In ingame votings the negativity index was 12.3%, with individual parties reaching this percentage:

I&W: 50.0%
VN: 3.4%
DemNL: 1.7%
ReL: 1.6%
GPN: 0.0%

In outgame votings the negativity index was 48.5%, with individual parties reaching this percentage:

VN: 81.8%
ReL: 59.3%
I&W: 47.8%
GPN: 33.3%
DemNL: 31.0%

Keep in mind, that the amount of voting topics introduced by the parties was following:

CoC (I&W candidate): 1
ReL: 1
GPN: 1
I&W: 1

And for the end, the "Neutrality index" of outgame votes is 15.2%, and individual parties have following neutrality index:

DemNL: 31.0%
I&W: 11.8%
ReL: 11.1%
GPN: 11.1%
VN: 9.1%

If it's about negativity this term was not really one that made it clear by voting no if I recall correct. I mean voting no on blacklisting someone IMO would not be negative yet it stands for 25% of the total possible votes. Unless you counted yes on blacklisting as negative which I highly doubt. And I don't recall the other votes tbh but we only had 4 of which one CoC elections that doesn't really count either IMO.

That sai😛 I like this publication as it has the potential to indeed expose the negativity that a certain individual/party tends to have so I hope you do it more often...

That's why in outgame votings, I have also written down, what parties made the putgame proposals, making it slightly easier to draw conclusions. Of course, for better details, one needs to consult documents, and of course, the outgame votings will always be tricky to "monitor" this way, because the outgame proposals are of variable nature in regards of their good/bad intention.

Either way, since I kinda enjoy the concept, I plan to keep recording these stats 😇 .

Het is geen toeval dat de GPN erg goed scoort. Wij zijn lang niet de grootste partij, maar wel een partij met een positieve uitstraling!
