Join the new world

Hello Wonderful citizens of Scotland,
I am painkiller789 and this month I am running for congress in Scotland.

Background

I started playing Erepublik in February 2010. Over the course of my time in this game, I joined the UK Reform Party, (which I am still a member of), and I did many things including:

2x Underminister in the Ministry of Home Affairs,
2x Apprentice in the Ministry of Home Affairs,
1x Underminister in the Ministry of Communications,
1x Apprentice in the Ministry of Communications,
1x Diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
And I was also member of the Army.

Some months back I left Erepublik, but I made a glorious return this week and I am now running for congress for the first time since I left.


Views

Now that I have finished talking about my background in the game, I am going to talk about the views that I will follow throughout the next month whether I am elected or not.

Obviously the war has taken its toll and with the UK nearly wiped out, by an attack from two fronts, so working together is now more important than ever. This has always been one of my views, but I think we must help each other out, whenever we can, so that is why I promise to give you help whenever you need it, or if I can’t help, I will direct you to someone who can because for all I know the little bit off help here and there could lead you to becoming Country President in the future.



Another one of my views is that a congress members should be active within the game and the forums because if I won a seat in congress and did nothing than that would just be selfish because I would have gotten elected and not had been as active and committing as you would expect from a congressman. So if I am elected I promise to be active in congress, so next month the UK can be the best it can be and if I do decide to leave again over the next month, I promise to finish the term still being active in congress.

I also feel that listening to the people is the best way to get the best idea of what is best for the country, so promise to listen to any of your views no matter how big or how small so I can make the best decision on any matter that comes out over the next month.
