[Congress] Fake Central Bank Training

As we've once again been fooled by an imposter, I've taken the liberty of snagging up the last possible "fake name" for our Central Bank. The password has been passed on to Gates Schellinger and Jimmy_Miller.

And with that comes a proposal to my fellow Congressmen. In order to prevent future scams, I wish to put in place a training program. Once or twice a month, perhaps more if deemed necessary, we could donate any amount of any currency to the fake bank in order to test our Congressmen. This way, the money would not be lost, and the process would promote alertness within Congress as well as prepare our Congressmen for a real scenario to avoid a repeat of the theft.

I like this idea! For maximum effect, all congress members should receive a PM if at least one of them has voted yes on a fake donation. I have the impression that not all congress members are reading the newspapers. When the recent proposal showed up, I published my related VOTE NO article immediately, when only 1 YES vote was there - and still the proposal received 15 YES votes in the end.

i'm normally tipped off that it's a fake bank when it's proposed by an indo congressman...and i'm with hrbjorn, we should find a name for an org that can't be ripped off...
