[Congress] End of term report.

So here we are at the end of the July Congress term for 2019.
This will be a general summary if you wish to have a closer look yourself feel free to do so here.
Participation in votes have been pretty high, with the in-game PM votes having 90.7%
and in-game Law votes having 80.2%.
Specifically for the in-game PM there have been several debates which has resulted in 2 votes that they have voted on. With the highest turnout reaching 97% and the lowest being 84.4%.
In total there were 27 Congress members that reached 100% in their participation. With 1
Congress member being under 25%.
Overall party activity:
ReL: 72.7%
DemNL: 100%
VN: 100%
I&W: 100%
GPN: 100%
Now onto in-game Law votes. With a recent addition to eRepublik we can now finally see the activity in this area as well.
There have been a total of 11 votes in-game, resulting in 90.9% for the highest turnout and 65.6%
for the lowest.
In total there were 10 Congress members that reached 100% in their participation. With 1 Congress member being under 25%.

DemNL: 93.5%
VN: 81.8%
I&W: 89.4%
GPN: 79.5%

Wow, DemNL doing quite great - I assume they all have booked their holidays for August 😃 !

But yeah, I probably won't even run for congress that month, as I'll be away too much.
So my votes as CP don't count for my party?
I have it so the previous Country President does not count towards the party activity because they were not a Congress Member at the start of that Congress term. If a CM became CP, such as Shawtyl0w this term, they would still be counted because they were also a CM at the start. The reason is because this is the activity report of Congress, not President.
The CP votes however still count to the overall vote percentages as it does in every in-game vote we have.
I also excluded CP votes from the party statistics in my overview. So also for Shawtyl0w. But if CP votes are low, that would be a very bad sign... Typically CPs vote 100% of the time.
