[Congress] Discussion Article, 15th-17th December

Hi all, a new public discussion article for people to share their thoughts/ask questions.

There is no specific proposals that have been made, but it was suggested that continuing public articles so that ordinary citizens have a space to ask questions of the govt/congress, and raise any points they have.

There will hopefully be another full Congress Report (with graphics) before the end of term.

Pointless article and tbf it was only Applefag that suggested it. People have the means to ask questions and question Mongress actions already. It's called their newspaper. If you new players 'can't afford the cost' then shoot Huey a message.

Nowt wrong with my demeanour. It's just disappointing to see eUK playing like its 2012 still. If you do the same things, expect the same results. How many times has the idea of a congress paper being used to encourage discussion been tried? Congressman should be directly talking to the plebs. Appleby has been vocal about not really wanting a war, but he's only discussing it with other congress members in a private message, most congress haven't said a word so kudos to Appleby for going against the flow. You have to involve people rather then just saying this is what congress discussed and agreed up on, now it's your turn to discuss what congress discussed.
