[CDV-NZ] eKiwis demands the return of the eNZ Treasury

The latest news seems to be:
0) Don Kronox won the election, as there are more eSerbians expats than non-serbian expats in eNZ at the moment. He announced a sort of mixed 'unity' cabinet, which includes Darkmantle as the MoFinance.
1) The Minister of Finance, Darkmantle refuses to give access to the Treasury to the CP, Don Kronox and by default, the rest of the eSerbians government.
2) Don Kronox, then, sacked Darkmantle as MoF. This was done in the Cabinet-sensitive forum.
Now, we are facing with a problem. One dude is holding the whole nation ransom. One dude is, by effect, controlling all of the 4000+G in the Reserve Bank of eNZ. Now, i wish to ask, how the F we get to this situation?
3) Did Calbe just pass all the gold and orgs to Darkmantle without splitting at least half the government reserves in a separate org?
4) Was the transition to Darkmantle done in good faith, and with agreement of Don Kronox?
5) Lastly, how can we resolve this deadlock/stalemate?

I have privately proposed this to kurojca and Calbe. I suggest that Calbe step up again as the permanent Governor of the Reserve Bank. Then, a new organisation is setup to be the operational Funding Bank of the government of the day. 25-50% of the government reserve should be then passed on to the government of the day. As such, we all will know very soon how well they can govern the country.

To Mr Darkmantle, you know very well that I am one of the strongest 'opponent' of Serbian PTO of eNZ. This is my RL nation, as well as my final eNation. I feel as passionately for the eNation, as i do for...say my favourite pet. By locking out the government from the Treasury, you give them no option but to trust none of non-Serbian members of the communities. Hell, i too have no clue why Calbe feel that he should pass on all of the Gold without sufficient security/trust...
So, here i am, a simple eKiwi from Canterbury - demanding kindly - for the return of the eNZ treasury.

Considering Don isn't even eSerbian, I don't know where you got "more eSerbian expats". He said it himself that he's not eSerbian, but he's often chosen as the sort of representative of the eSerbians, and the eSlovenians of which he is a part of.
voice, a constitution wouldn't have stopped this from happening. I don't think someone like Darkmantle, who is knowingly cheating others, is going to care about what an unenforceable document has to say about it.

I am not locking them out. As MoF, I was given sole access. Don was fine with this. But the Serbians refused to listen. They said that Don should have sole access. They actually admitted to PTOing, saying they took the country by force, that they will do what they want now, and won't listen to others.
So out of common sense, I said I will retain sole control. I never said they can't have funds. I said they can't have funds UNTIL THEY CO-OPERATE. That means speaking to us, talking things through, making joint decisions.
I am happy to donate money into the C/A for, for example, MPP's or wars. If they are decided on as a team, not just by one community. Democracy, not dictatorship.

Darkmantle, Don should at least have access to the funds that he rightfully procured once he won the election.
Again, you have no proof that Don will do anything harmful with it once given access to it. He has not said or done anything to suggest otherwise. All you have is the words of one eSerbian, kurojca.
Also, voice, how about you just tell me here how it is enforceable, rather than making me search through the forums. It is your constitution, after all.

darkmantle speeks like a normal dude, but he doesn't behave like one, he took in his hands to protect eNZ from elected goverment althought no one choose him for that...
based on my logic, he should return the org to Calbe, and then let calbe decide what to do with the org, becouse people once elected Calbe, and before this stupid situation I have no idea who darkmantle is, except one story that he stole some money in England and I still doesn't know is it true or not, just have had heard the story....
So if it is a true, who whould give passess of org with reserves to this kind of a eman???
Many confusing stuff, and we have no answers, but as I see, many of congressman are leaving, some of them proposess donation to false goverment org, others claim that in the interest of NZ people they will not give the pass of the propper org with country reserves....
I believe that hard times are upon us, kiwis...

How is it not easy? Just copy and paste the part of the constitution that discusses the "enforceable" part of it. How hard can that be?

Majority votes for Don and for a congress dominated by Aotearoa.....Darkmantle disagrees.....All the money that was put into the national bank by ALL workers, exporters, traders is now held hostage by one man in defiance of the democratic wishes of the eNZ people.

voice, why are you averse to showing people your constitution? This is as "public" as the forums are, so that argument is pretty much moot.

Carr let me start by saying great article. You raise a key question about why the "elected" government of eNZ is being denied its rightful money.
However, at the present time there are crucial issues that need to be addressed between the principal communities of this nation. There is a major split and because of some issues in regard to "Aotearoa" rule their is massive distrust.
Until some sort of agreement is worked out, we need to hope that our President, party PP's and Ministers work together to find a solution.

The purpose of moving the funds in the first place is to prevent a PTO group from getting all of the countries gold. Please provide some proof (a screen-shot maybe?) of what was said. If it is true then he did what he was supposed to do.
Also its obvious some* serbians are PTO, others are not. The ones who are not should come down harshly on the PTO types. Then we will greet you with open arms. Trust can't be built when members grouped together with you are not acting in the eCountries best interest.

The only discussion you have is with kurojca, and he does not have the power to PTO an entire nation. Unless you have enough evidence that enough eSerbians support a PTO to the point where it could actually happen, the argument is moot.

voice, you're the one that brought up your constitution. The burden of proof is on you to show me that your document is enforceable, not me. I'm not the one who wrote it, after all. Just because you're too lazy to share a link to a document you wrote, doesn't mean I should do all of the work for you.
Also, "kurojca" is not the real leader. I don't know why you would think he is, unless you're some sort of conspiracy nut. Don was the one elected into office, and there is nothing to suggest that kurojca is influencing the current state of affairs in eNZ.
Unless you have some proof, stop making such baseless claims.

I'm not going to open a topic just to have this discussion, voice. That's not how it works. I'm not the one pushing a discussion, you are. You bring up all of these things, and then expect others to do all of the work proving or disproving them for you. How about you at least do a little bit of work yourself?
I don't want you to do anything. I'm going to keep believing your constitution is unenforceable, because it can't possibly be. All you would say is that you would try not to get the people elected, but that hasn't stopped most people from getting elected.
You couldn't do anything to stop them even if you tried, because there's nothing in-game you can do to them. Sure, you can control them on the forums and IRC, but it's not like they use them that much.
I will stand firm on that. There's nothing you can enforce that people can't get around in this game.

Also, why does it warrant it? Just say how you would enforce your constitution. That's it. There doesn't need to be a lengthy discussion if you say you already have your constitution in part enforceable.
