[Casus Belli] Future of eIndia

In last few days, India is having problems with choosing side and alliance. For many years we have been loyal allies of EDEN and candidate for entering the brotherhood.
But after Bulgaria left the EDEN we have decided to stick with them as their friends. Indian people unofficially started to help in every battle against Turkey, as that country betrayed us and tried to PTO us, even we are in the same alliance. As our soldiers started fighting for Bulgaria, we have signed our death penalty. Back then when Bulgaria was in EDEN, ONE was very very weak. There was big difference in dmg and they couldnt do anything about that. Turkey left ONE and took away 1.4 billions of damage. That was very very big blow for ONE they could not stand the attack of EDEN. But when Bulgaria decided to leave EDEN, taking away 700M of dmg back to ONE, things started to balance. ONE once again gained initiative, and EDEN was in great problem, and still is. Things are jsut like before, ONE is stronger, but EDEN has better tactics and thus always manage to survive, and sometimes take away something. But everything isnt like before. Ireland signed peace threaty and is about to swap regions with UK. EDEN does not like it, but it will probably pass across it.
But this problem with India is too much serious to just get over it. India showed disloyalty by fighting for an enemy and biggest problem is that enemy was Turkey. As one of the strongest countries of EDEN, Turkey is our main enemy. We dont like them, as they dont like us. They wanted and still trying to PTO us, and that is not what we are supposed to get from our allies. Simply said, they dont respect us and mock us. We dont like that, even that we are not strong, we deserve to be respected, even as ally. But Turkey does not respect anyone, I guess that even EDEN does not like them, but have to be nice with Turkey. Turkey wont be able to leave EDEN, as they wont have anywhere else to go, and from EDENs point of view, if they live EDEN, then there wont be no hope for other members. So we got a conclusion that EDEN desperately needs Turkey.
What does that mean for us?
Well its very simple. If Turkey decide not to tolerate our behaviour, they will go to EDEN`s HQ and demand that we have to be kicked out from proEDEN countries. If they do that, and they have few reasons, no one would save us. We would get kicked. That is not what we want, but with 150 active players, what we can except? Maverick managed to sign some MPP`s but that all would go to hell if Turkey decide to kick us. We are in their mercy now.
Lets now see what would happen if we get kicked. Right now, we are in a good geostrategic position. We have China, India, Thailand, Pakistan and Iran us our neighbors. Pakistan and Iran are under Chinese occupation, Thai is Serbian puppet, and wont engage us, and Indonesia is our friend. But what would happen if we decide to change the side? Pakistan, Iran, Thailand and Indonesia would become our allies, and China would be our enemy. What would that mean? Well as we have very good relations with China, there would be no enemies for us! But if China decide to mark us as enemy number one, we would be easy prey and they would easily overrun us. So there is no much gaining from this possibility. So, if we decide to leave proEDEN and join proONE nations, we would be in bad position, same like now.
Forming new alliance
There is another option. Back then, before even PEACE there was an alliance called FIST, created by Asian countries. If we imagine that we are already kicked from the EDEN, that would be kind off our only option. But who would create another alliance? India, with 150 players isnt able to defend herself, not to create an alliance, or army of one. We are not strong enough to lead that, so everything would be on Indonesia. But would they decide to lead creation of new alliance? Probably not. They have good position in ONE and, they dont need some dead countries as their allies.
What will India decide is not my call, or on me to judge, whatever happens I`ll stay loyal and fight for my country. I just wanted to show every possible option to those who are not playing this game too much, and to new players.
Internal Problems
Lets now stick with some Internal Affairs. Things are very bad here also. India as country have one single problem. Our low population isnt our only problem. If you look careffuly, all elections from beginning till now you`ll see that nothing has changed. Same people are still rulling and new people arent getting opportunities. That is very very big problem. Old players are very good leaders, tacticians, veterans and economists, but as we have seen in RL, one man or a group isnt capable to be in charge for too long. Why`s that? Well its very simple. After some time, one government uses every jokers, turn every idea into reality, and then dont know what to do. That happened to us. But if the new guys, with new ideas, get opportunity to be in charge, they would make progress. Probably new guys will never be good as the old crew, but if we dont change something we will be in serious problems. To be honest, in this country only President is working something. Other guys are not doing anything, as I`ve seen we dont even have daily orders, MU`s arent following CP`s decisions etc. In fact, there is no law in India. Everyone do what he wants, not looking about consequences and that is very very bad.
India as small country should stay united, but we are not united. Every CP drastically changes ours Foreign Affairs and rules, there are citizens who wants this, and one who wants that. So lets just say we dont have National Goal. How we can change that? We have to create one! Who is going to do that? I dont know, that is not my problem, I`m not here to judge, just to write. Many things must be changed and we need to work very very hard to help our country. This game is becoming more and more singleplayer, and we need to at least try to keep it like multiplayer and save our community.
Unfortunately, we still have same problems just like 3 years ago!

o7 well written... well put. Mav is a master diplomat though and Im sure he can resolve a lot of FA issues.
The problem with newbies though isnt as you said... in fact a lot of new players have come up the ranks and done well. Those that do not come through are the ones that do not seem to be interested in spending time in the game...cant blame them!
When I said new guys, I didnt mean 100% newbies. It is the problem that rulership never changes, and CP is only role in the country. We have some MU that behave like they are paramilitary and dont work for country... Our government has no authority and power, not even in India. We are not united, and that can cost us pretty much imo.
ONE is never WEAK... Their total damage is far far > than the total damage of EDEN TERRA..... It is just that they dont use their dmg wisely or scatter their dmg in battles which are not important by going over 60% etc... EDEN in my humble opinion, is wise enough only with the dmg part.... But Bulgaria leaving them made a good impact on the dmg which is why the struggle is happening!! If Turkey is kicked from EDEN, Turkey is doomed for eternity and I so wish it happens!!!
navincharles, when Turkey and Bulgaria was in EDEN, ONE was weak. But after Bulgaria left, dmg balanced. Turkey wont leave EDEN, as they need EDEN to survive, and EDEN needs Turkey. It would be disaster for both EDEN and Turkey if they choose to pick other ways.
Oh you ... still at the propaganda & fear-mongering I see. Heh ; ) Just couple of things ...
Firstly, no matter the situation - however 'tricky' the situation gets with EDEN, no one bullies us, not allies, not enemies. And about changing sides to ONE - to quote a friend of mine - "over my dead body". Not because of any fear of China or whosoever (I believe we have good enough relations with them to avoid that), but simply because of what ONE represents: they've always been the bigger bullies in the playground & EDEN the underdogs. I hope EDEN realizes its tending to turn into one itself & check itself before its too late.
Secondly, "new people arent getting opportunities" - what on earth are you talking about? Have you seen the amount of new folks involved in Govts over the past few months!!! Guys like Exibot who did a fantastic job as CP, Kismu, my current VP & a simply terrific chap, even Hemanathan who became CP TWICE within such a short period of playing this game .. Heck beside literally a handful of us, almost All the 'oldies' are dead and gone & most of us are not even in Govt anymore half the time!! Heh
Finally, "Every CP drastically changes ours Foreign Affairs" - dude, how long have you been back to have seen 'drastic changes' in policy between 'every CP'? Our pro-EDEN policy has been the same for ages now. Beside the Bulgaria situation, what's changed?

As my brother Duke said, it is not the problem with new guys, he explained that to Ashwam. He marked new guys as anyone else trying to be something. It is not just about CP seat, it is about government. Here no one do anything. We are not lazy, we are just uncoordinated and that is not very nice thing. Old school never wanted to be in government, but they where the government, that is how the thngs go on here. I was CP, playing for India for many times, and I know India very well. We have just 100-150 active players, less than even Ireland, but look at them, they are all united, following their government and their national goal. Here, government have so much problems.
Its not about our low population, it is about something else. We have few parties here and few MU's and they are all country for itself. Diff orders, diff foreign affairs, internal affairs etc. And hows that good for our country? Who would like to be our ally with this situation? Weak country, no rulership, unstable...
Anyay Duke knows very well about our ex problems, as we where working together and he knows what I know, but point is that he concluded, that there are no changes. Problems are same like 2-3 years ago. How many ministries do we have? What are they actually doing? Where is the progress? New ideas?
Look on Serbia... they have always been one of the strongest countries, but never had much money actually, because they always had to fight. But they always find a new idea to improve something, and that is happening because, governments are completely changing from month to month.
New guys (not newbies but someone who never had opportunity to be in command), looking for success, full of new bright ideas. We dont have that here.
Where is our army, where is AHF? We have paramilitaries all around India who are not following CP's orders. Is that good? No it is not. Total anarchy...
Anyway I just wanted to say that I`m back, but will be afk for some days, as I have to study for exams...
Tbh, MUs do follow CP orders in normal circumstances. But to be frank I don't know how much the structure has changed since I was president. But that bad? I doubt it.
As for FA, most of the so-called FA experts in eIndia are in agreement that our policy is and will always be pro-EDEN. This eBG thing made thngs difficult, but nothing that can't be solved.
As for noob involvement in government, mav +1. Most of the big guys in eIndia nowadays aren't that old - a year or less of playing.
