Both as a citizen of the eWorld and as the ambassador of Canada to the United Netherlands, it fills me with joy to be able to congratulate you on your two recent victories finally liberating Belgium from its oppressors.

The Group's dictatorship unjustly imposed unto the Belgians to separate them from their Dutch brothers against their will was a crime against the fundamental values of democracy, these being the sovereignty of one's nation and the freedom of its people to decide their own fate. The illegitimate regime violated both of these and did nothing but to oppress the Belgian population and to exploit their land for its own gain.
This makes the success of the combined effort of the armies of the United Kingdom and eBeNeLux all the more worth celebrating! Today has been a great day for all citizens of the United Netherlands, and I hope that in the future no hostile power shall ever try to disturb your peaceful country again!

Zowel als burger van deze eWereld als uit het ambt van ambassadeur van Canada voor de Verenigde Nederland, doet het mij plezier u te kunnen feliciteren met de twee recente overwinningen waardoor Belgie eindelijk uit het juk van de onderdrukkers is bevrijd.

Het dictatorschap dat ongerechtvaardigd was opgelegd aan de Belgen door 'The Group' om ze zo tegen hun wil in te scheiden van hun Nederlandse broeders, was een misdaad tegen de fundamentele waarden van de democratie, zijnde de soevereiniteit van het land en de vrijheid van het volk om hun eigen pad te kiezen. Dit maakt het des te meer waard om het succes van de gezamelijke krachtsinspanning van de legers van het Verenigd Koninkrijk en de eBeNeLux te vieren! Vandaag was een geweldige dag voor alle inwoners van de Verenigde Nederlanden en ik hoop dat in de toekomst geen enkele vijand zal proberen om dit vredige land te verstoren.
