South Korea is kind of lacking on activity, whether it's simply the numbers or the people being un-informed, I don't know.

To have any real structure within a country, you need communication. How can we do this simply via newspapers and messaging? We can't.

We need to debate things and plan. This is why it's important to join the South Korean forums.
