[Brodie] - Korea's Human Resources

Day 455, 03:42 Published in South Korea United Kingdom by mr. brodie

Hello everybody, I've just had a quick look at the markets and have noticed a few things 🙂
Firstly, I went to look for a job but realised almost every company looking for workers is in the Grain Industry.

There is a housing company, which I believe is doing the 15 workers - free house scheme (which doesn't really benefit the Korean economy, simply a few individuals) meaning the wages are low anyway. Despite the scheme being a good idea, I'd like to see it being run as a proper company, half decent wages and selling the products on the market for a half decent price. This means works from this company and other higher level companys can save up and purchase a house. Everybody wins.

The other non-grain company is for Q5 Defence systems. Unless we have an agreement with this company can I ask that you don't work for them. Firstly because it takes so much productivity to make a defence system, which we could be using in other areas. DS should be pretty low on the list at the moment, firstly we need to get other industries working. Secondly, it's a Japanese company anyway meaning that we're just giving them free work practically for a tiny amount in return - they are using us. The wages are poor, it's Q5 so they should at least be offering more than they are. Sure they may be providing us with jobs but it doesn't profit nor help us in the long run.

Our main problem is the lack of companies looking for workers. I know there are a lot of other industrys in the country but they don't have offer up in Human Resources. This means we're pushing all our workforce into pretty much the Grain market, even then we should at least have some food companies looking for workers to use the Grain effectively. We need a good, strong market by spreading out the work force into the RMs. As soon as we can stop relying on other countrys to send us produce, the better (and I'm not saying stop all imports - we wont be able to function well without them, if we can cut them down though, that's good).

As you may or may not know, max productivity is created with 10 employees. This should be the barrier we're aiming for. Once your company has 10 workers, you shouldn't look for anymore until other companys have the same amount of employees. Max productivity can make a lot of difference that's why we should use it to our full advantage - there's no point in have 15 employees in one company and 5 in the other, the country will end up producing less overall.

The top grain companys which are looking for workers have 9 - 9 and 6 employees, none of them reaching the 10 barrier. I'd suggest that an employee from each company moves up a Q. Meaning the the Q3 company gets 10 workers, the Q2 company gets 10 workers and that leaves the Q1 company with 4 workers. This is better for the whole country, we produce more with a lot less effort.

Hopefully some other companys can start looking for workers soon so we don't have everybody really high in just RMs. Perhaps the government can set up a few companys? Fund them and what not. Our country lacks Gold so perhaps we could even look for a loan from another country? If we don't start spreading the companys around the industrys, we'll just continue with a poor economy. Imports are also a possible solution although with the current state of our currency, I doubt we'll attract many takers.

Love to all 😁
