[BEP] New Beginnings and the Presidential Elections

Greetings!
Despite the strange disappearance of the party seven days ago it seems that everything is back in order again. Or not as the case may be.
We have lost a Party President, many member from themselves new parties and we have had two Party Presidents in little over 24 hours. For understandable reasons many influential members of the Party have left in that weeks down time, assuming all hope was lost. As far as I am aware whilst some will return many will not. That isn't a disaster as such, rather it marks the potential new beginnings of the Party. Let us not forget that BEP is still a top five party, so we are capable of running in congress elections. There is a real opportunity here for those of you that are interested in becoming involved in a political party but feel you wouldn't get a chance in one of the larger parties.
Due to the bizarre nature of the past week I have ended up as Party President. It certainly wasn't a position I was interested in, however, up until the next part presidential elections I will run the BEP in the best way I can. This is not going to be a one man show, I need your help! I could do this on my own but I would rather not, the future of the Party is with new blood and that is what I would like to see. It would be great to see some new faces on the forum who have some new and exciting ideas for this Party.
For those of you who have left in the past week I would like to welcome you back if you are interested. The party is still very much alive and we are definitely looking to the future. Lets move this party forward and fulfill the potential it has!
For all those currently in the Party I offer you my thanks for sticking around and not giving up!
Those of you who currently are members of the BEP in game but aren't active on the Party forum, I suggest you join the rest of us to gain the most out of not just the Party but also eRepublik.
On a final note we are on the eve of a Country Presidential Election. Unfortunately due to my late reinstatement of the Party and my own appointment as Party President only very recently, we are not in a position to put up our own candidate. Again the time scale has meant that the Party will not be backing any candidate, rather we encourage all BEP members to place there own vote on the person they feel best suited to lead the country in the next month.
