[BE CP] End of the Training war

Dear citizens,


Our successful training war may now come to an end. We enjoyed natural enemy (NE) bonuses for 10-11 days and enabled new citizens to complete their mission.

We agreed with the Dutch government that South Netherlands may be conquered and occupied, thus cancelling our common border and providing an elegant and efficient way to ensure game-technical peace. We will however fully support the resistance war (RW) that will start no more than 24 hours later.

We thank Dutch and Belgians alike for the fun we had and will work that it may happen again in a not too distant future.
