[Baroness Margaret Thatcher for CP] Internal Affairs Part 2 of 3

Day 1,474, 14:49 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Baroness Margaret Thatcher

This has been a most tricky article to write as whilst the UKPP is the stand bearer for community reforms it has also gained an in-depth knowledge of the limitations imposed on the community by those who got there first.

We have long exposed the truth that it is the activity and willingness of the player that makes him or her worthy - not their age, rank, strength, party affiliations or how able they are to 'buddy-up' with a patron.

The administrators of the 'national' forum have stated that the forums are not a place for democracy, demonstrated they are not a place for fun and closed, deleted, locked and banned any citizen who fails to recognize that their justice is indeed righteous!

With IRC also suffering from the 'goonsquad' and our own experimentation in liberty only beginning to flower we have to come to terms with the vice like grip certain unelected individuals have over the traditional means of establishing and relating to the community.

So, How do we propose to align our vision with brutal reality?

The seat of Government
Whilst any victory lasting longer then 24 hours is beyond us at this point (time taken for the other parties to circumvent the CP process and impeach the president) we do pledge that we shall;

1. Engage in talks with any interested representative's of the community and introduce legislation to the HoC that democratizes the community administration positions and establishes a written down procedure or reference sheet if you prefer of how, why and when the banhammer is introduced.

2. In the event of continued intransigence by the 'guardians of the community' we shall hold their duty to be voided and move the seat of governance to a newly established national site and channel.

The Domestic ministries.
In keeping with our previously outlined 'de-politicization of the civil services, we are also changing the set-up of the domestic ministries.

1. All Domestic Affairs will be placed under the King and as such will be under Royal charter.

2. The King (or Minister of Domestics) will be wholly responsible for the development of community affairs whether they be quizzes, awards or social programs and may grant (with HoC approval) as many chartered positions as he or she feels are needed to fulfill the dual roles of retention and personal growth.

3. The Position itself will be first offered to the incumbent. In the event of abdication or community coup - Every party with over 30 members will be able to nominate a candidate for the position and highest vote in HoC decides the new king.

Final article...Foreign Affairs.
