[Aust CP] Update Day 3,191

Day 3,191, 20:15 Published in Australia Australia by Aus Prime Minister Office

Greetings eAustralia,

Sorry for the delay in an update, but RL has prevented me to sit down at the laptop and type it all up. However I will try to give you a full wrap up with what is happening in our homeland and also some potential things that might be coming up.... and to make up for the lateness, I will try and embed some good light hearted videos and pics to help bring smiles all around.

New Zealand Training War

The current long term eNZ and eAustralia training war is still on going, this is helping both countries on many levels, both with battles, medals for the soldiers and also it is helping both of our nations economies as the last Plato economy update, some of these medals are taxed. This is one of the reasons our nation is economy is growing.

We have also been approached by another nation in regards to another training war. While this approach has been very informal, once more details have been received, it will be discussed in Cabinet and in Congress.

MPPs

The eAustralian and eCzech has recently signed a new MPP. Australia and Czech has have had a very long and close relationship. This has been via diplomatic relations, alliances, mutual protection packs and more. Our re-signing is design to re-commit to our friendship and has been helped by the fact that both nations economies are stronger then before.

eUSA and eAustralia have had a sorta of rough history together. While we have always remained friends, due to different political actions, sometimes our relations have not been as good as they should of been. This MPP is a step back in the right direction of strengthening ties with one of our old Pacific partners.

Money Matters

The DoF has recently released a projected budget and also just today, the DoF released a plan to help younger players grow. While the budget shows a great deal more income coming into the countries coffers compared to this time last year, we have to be cautious before implementing to many changes. As a nation we decide the future of our economy.

But before we run out and make changes to the tax system, or embark on costly adventures, we need to look at what has changed over the past year. Things like the recent Resource Wars, Extra Regions, Plato's tax changes to medals, endless training wars and also holding companies to name a few. All of these things have had an impact on our daily income from the past year. So all of these need to be taken into account when looking at making any changes to our economy.

While personally I would be happy to see 2 or 3 changes to our tax system, I prefer to leave the details in the capable hands of our DoF which includes Elite C and Helixer. Once they believe eAustralia is ready for some finer tweaks, I know they will approach the citizens for discussions and ideas to be presented.

Party President Voting

PP elections are still on going. Remember when you go to cast your vote, look at the applicants and decide, who will do the best for your party? who will actively work for your party? who will take their role and responsibility to heart and do what is best for your party and the nation as a whole?

Many times in the past we have had dodgy laws proposed, attempted PTO's and even successful party PTO's. Please keep these all in mind when you go to vote.

Alliance Discussions

Alliance discussions are still on-going. This has been headed up by Thedillpickl and he will be informing congress as soon as he has more details in this regard. All nations are keen for movement forward, however we need to ensure eAustralia is still a free state in the alliance and will not be drawn into conflict or into a bad position with our current friendship and dealings.

Military Operations

Please keep an eye on the DoD DO's as things might change with in the hour. Currently our DoD team have been keeping everything upto date, but due to current international military actions, the training war might not be a priority at one stage or another. And your government will like to ensure that our fighters are fighting in the right battles.

That is all for now, but please stay tuned to your media for further updates and also feel free to ask questions, should any come up.
