Since the beginning of the Resource Wars, America strategically coordinated with Internal Departments and Ally Nations to conquer this challenge. One that could not have been accomplished without the dedication and determination of President Wild Owl and his Administration. As always America appreciates the cooperation that ally countries gave with certain regions, and tokens knowing that when they're time in need arises we would be able to assist them in any way possible. When speaking with Oblige, he commented by saying: “we simply played the game excellently and maximized the contest.” It is through this factor that we are thankful for the service of our men and women; including our foreign allies.
