Join the new world

Hello, APP! I, once again, will be running for Party President. The Alliance for Power and Prosperity is a great Party with great ideas, and we need a leader who can take us to the center stage of UK politics, where we belong! I believe that I can be that leader.


Let’s talk a little about what I want to do as Party President, shall we?

Firstly, I am currently lending my companies to the Party so we can get some extra income. With this income, I hope to form the foundation of an APP-sponsored charity/education program for new players. My hope is to offer 100 health per month to players under level 20. Often, new players mess up a little bit in the beginning, usually by over-fighting. Why should these players be punished for being patriotic? By offering 100 free health to new players who have over-fought, we can get them back up to full health, teach them that they become unproductive to their employers when their health is low, and direct them towards a military unit to get a steady stream of supplies to fight daily. I intend to call this initiative: The APP Prosperity Initiative. If you’d like to help out with this by working in a Party Company for a reduced wage (about 10 GBP per day), please contact me.


Next, I intend to publish at least one education article per week, be they written by me or another party member. I want there to be a steady stream of articles for new players directing them to the forums, the wiki, informative newspapers, and to give them information about how the game works.


Let’s talk a bit about my cabinet structure, it’s very similar to what I was planning last month.

Party President (PP): Connor West
Head of the party. The PP is ultimately responsible for all things concerning the party.

Vice Party President: Devoid
Takes over should I be unable to perform my duties for whatever reason. Unless the former happens, the VPP will act as a Cabinet Director of sorts. He/she will assist me in an unlimited number of areas and offer assistance and advice to any/all members of Cabinet (including myself). The VPP will not just be “the guy that takes over if Connor gets stupid”, but my friend and valued partner in running the Party.

Congressional Whip: (Apply after Congress elections)
The Congressional Whip must be an active Member of Parliament and is responsible for keeping our other MPs active in discussion and voting. The APP will be known for producing quality politicians for as long as I’m PP. I will ask the Congressional Whip to PM all APP MPs links to voting topics and important discussion topics (Public and Sensitive, which is why they must be an MP, themselves). It should be noted, however, that the Congressional Whip is never to tell MPs HOW to vote, only TO discuss and vote.

Recruitment Director: Please Apply!
The Recruitment Director will head up the APP Recruitment Initiative. I will entrust this person to be the “go-to” person concerning all things “recruitment”. This is more of an organizational job than an “Are you serious? I have to do everything?” job. I do not expect this person to be doing all (or even most) of the recruitment for the party. Recruitment is something the whole party has to get behind. This person will simply organize any PMing scheme, mentoring scheme, etc.

General Manager: Please Apply!
The General Manager will hold the party companies and manage them on a daily basis. This is a very important job, as this person is responsible for most of the party's income and sends it to our Secretary General (elected separately, and is currently John Rupert Miranda).
