Hello AMPlifiers!

In case you were not aware, I'm seeking reelection as AMP Party President. In this article today, I wanted to touch on some aspects of my career in erep, my goals for the upcoming month (if elected) and my cabinet.



So what is my experience?

When I was elected last month I ran on the premise that in order to make a party strong, you need to focus on 3 key areas: Recruitment, Retention and Education.

This month Syz2 and I spoke quite a bit about what we can do to attract and recruit players to this party. He's done a pretty good job at finding us some quality, active new players to join the ranks. Players like Tristan_C and Lauren Eilola can be seen on the forums posting ideas. I'd like to continue that with some Recruitment ideas to increase our party base.

In terms of Retention we had some ups and downs. Could we have done better? Yes! I'll be the first to admit that. I think one of our goals for the month should be to reach out to those already within the party and try to get them active. It's understandable that players always don't have the availability, but we'd still like to see them involved in party activities, voting, and even just responding both in the in-game feed and in the forums.

As for Education, I've been putting together some important information and posting it when I've finished it. Currently, we have some great information there and in the next couple of weeks I'll be expanding it further.

This month we had some wins as a party:

- I improved some of the forum organization to develop a more social aspect where players can come in and share their media and ideas.

- Tristan C has started a thread to begin hammering out a Party Platform. For information on that, go here.

- The AMP wiki is being updated to fully display our history.

- I started an AMP Member Survey where players can voice their opinions on how Leadership is doing. For information on that, go here.

- I recently combined the AMP Food & Tank Programs to make requesting easier for AMP members.
