　　注意2：又見面了！這份報紙很新卻好像很常出刊絕對是錯覺，大概就是失眠過久的迴光返照這回事。XD|||

　　這裡面是e土耳其人民製作的GIF動畫，以他們的視點描寫和e保加利亞的抗戰。不論任何人的立場是什麼，感覺上都是挺有趣的一個描繪。(尤其在最後飛彈的放置位置耐人尋味XD)

　　The animation is made by eTurks which described conflict with eBulgaria in their view. No matter what anyone's view is, it's a "interesting" describing. (Especially the place which the rocket placed. XD )

　　如同我的創刊號所說，這份報紙將走向「國家事務」、「生活」、「福利」三個路線，想當然爾，基於我曾在我的報紙進行外電翻譯，或許有人會說：應該要再加一個翻譯路線吧？──我想，這時候我如果說：「了解世界觀點之於公民而言亦等同於國家事務的部分！」可能會引起滿堂噓聲，所以我必須表示：「是的，再加個翻譯路線吧！」基於這個新路線的開拓，如果各位有想看的外文報紙(英文限定，日文考慮)又苦於無人翻譯，可以找我。不過因為我越來越忙了，所以時效性我恐怕無法保證。而現在進行翻譯的行為是算在我英文練習時間內的！(顧名思義我使用了學習時間來翻譯報紙)
