THE BABY BOOM

Okay, so maybe not "exactly" what I mean....

TL😉R
-Hope to continue baby boom initiative
-Baby booms are good for our economy and fighting groups
-All you need to do, is tell your friends, and other internet users, about eCanada!

~

For those of you that are unaware, a baby boom project, was recently set in motion, by e😜rime minister TemujinBC. This was a great initiative on his part, and if I become your country president, I will be sure to continue this initiative... but why?

Well, there are a couple of great reasons, as to why having more citizens (accumulated from a baby boom), is good for a country.

First of all, having more citizens, means having more consumers. With more consumers, means more products are purchased from OUR eCANADIAN MARKETS, and with more products being purchased, means more money going right back into our eCanadian economy, which results in a stronger and "healthier" overall eEconomy for eCanada.

Second of all, having more citizens, will also mean having more people who can work. now of course, with more workers, comes the fact, that wages will go down gradually (not to a point where people are making next to nothing everyday... but to a point that is more reasonable for a company to pay, for the amount of products produced by each person). Why does this happen though? Because having more "potential workers", means that companies will be less desperate to find workers (which results in higher wages), since there are more and more people who can potentially accept their offers.

Third of all,, more citizens means more fighters. With the amount of new citizens going up, fighting groups such as the Canadian Armed Forces, and Crimson Order, should see an increase in their memberships. And what does that mean for us? More fighting power.

Again, those are only a few reasons as to why more new citizens would be good for eCanada.

So what would that mean you as an eCanadian citizen, would be doing?

All you would need to do, is get the word out there... about how awesome eCanada is! But who would you tell? You could tell, your friends at school, or at your workplace... you could tell people who play other online games with you... you could join a gaming forum, and advertise eCanada... or you could even just leave flyers around, for people to pick up (I've heard of people doing that)! The possibilities are vast! And the best part? You'll be truly helping your country, as every member that joins eCanada, is another valuable asset to our country!

NEW CITIZENS: What To Do With Them?

Welcome one and all....

TL😉R
-Make them feel welcome- send them a welcome PM!
-Don't hesitate to help them; they are our future!
-If they ask for help, direct them to our government services
-New government services; charity program, information centre

~

Sadly, one of the most silent problems in eCanada today, is the alarming amount of citizen that we lose on a daily basis, because of a simple lack of interest, and lack of help; since as you know, eRepbulik certainly isn't new player friendly; which is something that WE NEED TO CHANGE, but how?

Well, as Termz has pointed out to me, there is a great tool on maxihellas (located HERE) that shows us daily "new citizens" (who has newly joined eCanada on a given day, basically).

So the first thing that the government will do, is appoint a deputy minister (under the minister of Social Affairs/Domestic Affairs) whose sole purpose, is to literally make any and all new players feel welcome to eCanada; by sending them (first of all) just a first message, saying we appreciate how they have chosen eCanada, and how important they are to us, and as well offer them any assistance that they may need (in terms of guidance and information).

After they have established themselves; the same minister as mentioned before, will be responsible for the well being for the new citizens, and (after a budget has been planned out), may be authorized to give each citizen a certain amount of money (one time only; to be recorded and logged for auditing purposes), as well as any additional information they may need (this minister of course, will be allowed to appoint other citizens to help him/her, if the workload becomes too much, however, only the minister himself (or herself) will be authorized to give out money).

NEW EDUCATION SYSTEM (Overview)

"An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know. It's being able to differentiate between what you know and what you don't. " - Anatole France

TL😉R
-No More eUniversity Forums; More of a "library" style
-Make sure to publish articles; ministry of education

~

When it comes to the eUniversity; and completely removing it - I must say, I have been quite the stick in the mud about it - only because I had such high hopes for it, and thought it could go far. Obviously, I was wrong, no question about it. So I took into consideration what saltydog (amongst others) has told me, and figured he was right; the eUniversity has been sitting there, collecting dust, and helping no one. Which is why we need to change it. Although I will go into this subject a little later on (in my "Home Affairs" article), I will give you a brief overview, as to what I want to see happen!

For the record, this was actual an idea proposed in congress a little while ago, but was never carried out (if I can find the link somewhere, I may be able to post it, depending on if it is in open door or closed door congress); hopefully if I get elected in, this change will happen.

The whole idea behind this "new" system, would to have an open "library" of information (in an eCanadian forum subsection), in which anyone with an eCanadian Citizen mask; could access. For example, there would be guides available, for how the military module works, how politics work, how congress/law proposal works, how to make and manage a company, and so much much more (not to forget, certain social articles/guides; such as how to join IRC.. and what our forums are all about).

Now, instead of having "University Executives" like we do now; we would have "librarians" (though, name to be determined); such as people who would be able to add in articles/guides, remove old/incorrect guides, as well as edit them. Though, this would be more of a volunteer position; so as I see it, one would NOT get paid for this job (because if you truly want to teach new citizens; you don't need a paycheck to do it). It would then be up to the Minister of Education of the term, to decide who he/she would like as "librarians" for that term.
