eRussia is the largest country in eRepublik, and certainly a pretty big player on the scene. A member of Terra, eRussia falls into the category of allies for eIndia, and had an MPP with India at least till a few months ago.

The current President of eRussia is nimnul, and the Minister for Foreign Affairs is chugaystyr.

eRussia has a wonderful website which contains their forums, as well as a platform for news, articles, blogs, etc. They clearly have a vibrant community - if only I knew Russian and Google Translate didn't completely ruin most long passages, I'd have an idea about how vibrant they are, really. 😛

What's most interesting about eRussia is that their retention team is excellently structured, and that all newcomers are nigh instantly given mentors and generally given support from the government.

In all, I think there is a lot we can learn from each other. 🙂

I'm given to understand that a lot of the eRussian co-ordination happens on Skype, but there are a substantial number of people on the IRC channel - they're just not very responsive. 😛 When they are, I shall be posting the eRussian cabinet.
