Dear Valkorn,

Thank you for your message! One of our main focuses and priorities at the moment is to make sure that the improvements we are making are user friendly. After each change, we gather data regarding user behavior and how citizens use the new feature/improvement.

We have noticed that, when we are announcing in advance improvements, the feedback we receive on the feature user friendliness is not accurate enough (because the majority of citizens will use the feature, no matter how unfriendly it is for them) - this way, we know how many citizens like it or if we have to improve it further.
