I have elected to have such a small Cabinet, because I felt the other positions were a waste on government. I felt education could be a private matter, with someone possibly taking the initiative to reboot the eAustralian University. I left out the information minister, because I will be personally addressing the status of my Cabinet. I will leave it to the Speaker and their deputies to give the Australian people a report on their doings. I really want to see Australian citizens help take initiative to increase activity and population. This shouldn't be just a government pet project, this is a national diligence.
Also, if you are interested in being a deputy or intern, message the Minister in the department you are interested in joining. Applicants are accepted at the Minister of the department discretion.

Good luck Adam Beck!
Larni Kaddlestorm is a solid pick for Minister of Defense!

I personally think an MoI is necessary but hey, I would say that wouldn't I😛.
MOIST
No Minister of Information?
If you read the article, you will see my explanation for no MoInfo.
So you want education and information to be run out side of government? Seems like a bad idea to me.
Government doesn't have to mettle with all aspects of eLife. Do you think it is a bad idea because you don't have faith in your fellow man to take initiative in him/herself to better this nation. If we are teaching that government is the solution to all our problems, we are spreading the wrong message. Name the last solution the Australian government got right. I'll wait.
interesting
In the eRep universe I don't sway one way or the other by keeping Education and Information in the Government. Some of our most innovative media moguls and political commentators provide a breadth of detail on public entity happenings and as for educating the public I'd like to see that go to Senate or sit with folks on Skype.
Love Minister Carnage's work as MoI but with all due respect I've never felt more in-tune with the eAustralian way of life than when mingling with fellow patriots. Something about the billboard plastering misses a beat if one needs to go reflect or pick for detail. Then again, I'm only one voice.
Actually, I'd like to see an independent Education dept whose monthly output isn't dependent upon each newly elected administration.
