-/A Word Of Warning: eUSA Governmental Expansion\-
sirgermono
So, we have reached a critical point in your young nations history. We have elected Roby Petric to be our first president in the new world of Version 1, and I think that he has made some very smart decisions thus far. He has added several new departments to our government, which I feel are necessary, but, a word of warning:
We all know that some of these departments will outlive our outgrow their current needs, and will have to be expanded. this will continue to suck up what little cash our government has, which will lead to either the need for increased taxes, or the government printing more money, further devaluing our dollar.
The next few presidents will have to monitor these programs, and be cautious in introducing new ones, for these reasons. Roby Petric especially, because he is going to sit in the Presidents seat while our population explodes after Version 1 is released, and he will have to deal with the costs of these departments increasing. I know I'm going to send out invites after it's released. This is Roby's chance to prove himself, his test. He was the unknown in the election, and now, he stands at the point where he can make or break his political carrier. Good luck Roby and good luck to his cabinet (which, by the way, they were all pretty good picks).

Yea, I\'m usually very conservative, but right now I\'m all about depth of play, and anything that can help that works for me, but I do offer this warning, because we have all seen what happens in RL.
Good point sirgemono, but also have in mind what would happen if we didn\'t make any setup at all and didn\'t expand department in this week or few days more I am in charge (although some are still working on setup). Also, there will be no need for expanding them with expected population boom - we are gathering team at moment that will be efficient and enough for future time. Money for their work is in treasury, and it\'s part of overall budget projected for my mandate.
Also, if we will have population boom, we will definitely have to put more money into circulation, since balance will be disturbed. If we don\'t, we\'ll have much more people working for salaries, producing more products on market, but companies will lack money to pay them. More people at same amount of money means - less money in circulation. We have really great experts in Economy council, and I am sure that they will come up with good solutions on that matter.
Like I said, you picked a good cabinet, this was more directed toward people who would want to run in the future, I was pretty sure you had already thought of this though, you are the president, eh?
Of course... More people understand whole concept, and work their way through hierarchy, more good candidates in future we\'ll have ready to take over whole job - on President, Directors, Ministers, their Deputies levels, etc...
My opinion is that Expanding the Government is important. Before Roby the Government was small and was designed around about 1000 people. We now have more than triple that people.
Think of it in terms of Automobiles. You don\'t take an engine from a little minicooper and put it in a Semi and expect it to go far.
Think of it in terms of computers. Don\'t expect a cutting edge Graphics Card from 2002 to be cutting edge in 2008.
Every hardcore PC gamer knows and understands that it is IMPORTANT to ensure your computer is upgraded every few years.

Yanks and their fear of government.......
AMUSING LOL
Money should not be issued until the start of v1 so we can determine how much we will need to not sink the value of our currency pre-v1.
Good luck Roby, I have faith in you. My department is getting ready to v1, in which all of our real work will actually be done....
