The Stone Age
Dio trips over his e-penis and falls on a sandy hill. From the dust eRepublik and admin are born.
Lots of bugs and glitches plague the game, but nonetheless leaders arise in this New World and order is soon restored. The First War is fought between Belgium and the UK, leading to the annexation of the former.
The Iron Age
This Age is marked by vicious conquest, with Indonesia, Pakistan, Norway and Romania conquering vast amounts of territory. The USA tries, but ultimately fails at conquering Canada but manages to remain a powerful nation. Several smaller wars break out, with Slovakia failing to conquer the Czechs, Turkey conquering Israel and France/Italy successfully annexing Switzerland. FIST, PANAM, The Northern Alliance, and the Mediterranean Alliance are formed, and they engage in a 4-way power-struggle which ultimately leads to the creation of ATLANTIS and PEACE GC.
Notable people of this period include; Korbin King, Alucard Bloodlust, Koroush, and Dio Brando.
The Golden Age
The longest-lasting age in eRepublik, and also the greatest. V1 arrives, and with it PEACE GC as well as ATLANTIS are formed. Romania leads ATLANTIS, and Indonesia leads PEACE GC in eRepublik's first ever World War.
Romania nearly conquers Hungary, but due to bugs and game exploits is ultimately repelled by the Huns. Romania changes focus, and launches an invasion of Asia, conquering lots of territory, before again, being defeated due to game exploits. Romania begins it's long decline both militarily and politically as several players quit while Indonesia and Hungary gobble up it's foreign assets.
Operation French Toast also occurs during this time, but American and British Forces ultimately fail at taking out the French frogs.
ATLANTIS loses World War I (and therefore dissolves) as an interim peace period ensues. During this time FORTIS and EDEN, 2 new counter-alliances, are formed, and soon after PEACE GC launches an invasion of the United States and Canada.
F/E forces, led by Harrison Richardson, face humiliating defeats on all fronts during the opening stages of the war, losing much of the Northwest United States to Russia.
An Indonesian invasion soon follows across the Atlantic, while Canada is smacked around by the Hungarian-backed French. California soon falls to the Indonesians, and so does the entire Southwest while Russia continues its unopposed rampage through the Midwest (Although bugs did occur where the US wasn't able to counter-attack).
Small US Counter-attacks occur (As well as Rebel-led Resistance Wars), but they all ultimately fail due to lack of coordination and continuous blocking attacks. Portugal then joins the war, and conquers much of the Southeast. The remaining US-held pocket in the Northeast falls, and Canada is also completely annexed. With Florida as the last standing state, Emerick the Great takes the Presidency, and with the lack of a PEACE GC blocking attack, the Americans finally go on the Offensive. They proceed to barter an agreement with Portugal which therefore surrenders all of the Southeast to the US for 500 gold. With a string of victories in the Southern US, and successful RWs in Canada, F/E forces had officially turned the tables. California was soon retaken by the Americans, and from there the United States swung East and started conquering what was once hers from Russia. Canadians also faced success, conquering much of French and Brit-controlled Canada with successful Resistance Wars.
By the time that Emerick was done, all of the United States, with the exception of Alaska, was under American control. Canada also had success, but due to a land-bridge through Asia, Hungary and Iran still had control of Western Canada. In the ensuing days both the Huns and the Iranians were booted out of North America.
However, all was not over. The European Theatre was just starting to heat up, and Croatia and Serbia soon went at it, while the US seeked revenge. Starting with a failed attack of Japan, the United States initiated an invasion of Asia, while Scandinavian forces finally reconquered their territories after a long war of attrition against the Russkies. Greece, which had also been invaded started a counter-offensive, and World War 3 now spanned 4 fronts. The long dormant Romania awoke from her slumber, and with Greek help launched a successful excursion into Turkey.
Spain is also reconquered through successful resistance wars, and decides to invade France. In the following days, all of France is conquered, and Poland invades and conquers Germany. Romania ultimately fails at taking out Turkey, and goes 1 on 1 with Hungary. PEACE GC dissolves, and Phoenix is then formed.
The United States then successfully makes it into Asia via a friendly land-swap with Japan, and conquers much of Indonesia's foreign assets including Karnataka and much of China. The Americans also help lead a successful RW in Western Australia. The United States then invades Britain for it's treacherous ways, leading to the capture of all but one British province. The British however, ultimately succeed at repelling the foreign invaders after a long war of attrition. In the following weeks, the seemingly endless war remains at a stale-mate, with many switches in territorial holdings, however small-scale operations occur in South Korea as well as in Australia, where Indonesia retakes resource-rich Western Australia. Poland then decides to have a go at it against the UK, but ultimately fails as well and causes much of the Upper Midwest to be under foreign occupation.
Following the failure in the UK, v2 is launched, and eRepublik is plunged into the Dark Ages.

Pakistan then proceeds to conquer much of India, and by extension becomes a powerful nation in eRepublik once again. The United States then shifts focus to India, and is still in the process of conquering it.
Due to the release of V2, and general anger of the community, many players have left eRepublik, causing the game to shrink considerably.
But World War 3.5 continues to rage, and shows no signs of ending any time soon. This Age seems to bring with it much anger and rebellion, as 2 super-alliances seek to take eachother out. Only time will tell how this year-long conflict will turn out, but one thing is clear and that is that the New World will never be the same.

This seems idiotic to say the least, history is not a procession of wars you know. For a newbie like me this tells me absolutely nothing.
History IN REAL LIFE is no a procession of wars. Unfortunately this is not real life, and sadly I wasn't solely thinking of you when making this article, sorry.
