Както обещах в коментар под статията за БНБ на ОБП публикувам устава подписан от досегашните двама (официално са били само двама) управляващи - Dancho и Becko.


1. BNB is an official organization of eBulgaria (eBG). It is independent in its day-to-day operations, but is overseen by a Supervisory Board (S😎 to preserve the country's interests
2. The organization's governance structure consists of the Governor, SB, the Admins of eRepublik and Vice-Governors
2.1. The Governor is elected by popular vote among all Congresspeople. The elections are conducted (a) before the 15th of every odd month or (2) after the current Governor resigns. They are announced and organized by the President of eBG. The Governor may not access BNB's account before signing this Charter
2.2. SB consists of the President of eBG and the Presidents of the two largest parties in Congress. The following actions require the support of at least 2 members of the SB: (a) investments of above 50 gold to the same recipient within 3 months and (b) accepting money from the Treasury of eBG
2.3. The Admins of eRepublik guarantee the enforcement of this Charter, by acting following a request by at least two of the members of SB. The Admins (a) return any money taken from BNB in an unlawful manner and (2) can restrict the Governor's access to BNB if (s)he declines to leave office after their mandate expires
2.4. The Governor has the right to give interest-free loans to a Vice-Governor after the approval of at least 2 members of the SB
3. The rights and responsibilities of the Governor are:
3.1. Monetary market intervention when needed to provide liquidity in Lev and Gold
3.2. Giving loans to all citizens of eRepublik, while offering better terms to eBulgarians
3.3. Funding of government programs
4. The current document officially comes into force after the Governor all members of the SB and the BNB itself (all as of Nov 29, 2008: Dancho, Garabeda, Bimba and Step4o) sign this document
