Ново мито за вносните подаръци
Garabeda

there is no conspiracy between BDP and BPP.
But I am wholly in favour of the 10% gifting import tax.
This isn\'t just good for the immigrants.. this is good for the wellness of all bulgarians. much needed gifts will be the more affordable.
this wellness boost which leads to increased production results in the quicker build-up of the bulgarian industry.
The only other thing we need is more workers.
GUYS,just understand something very simple: the wellness of the citizens will be provided by the BULGARIAN companies producing gifts. There is a full capability of doing this!
The question is to PROTECT the Bulgarian companies and to ensure higher amount of tax revenue for the state.
Do you need to ask an economist, working for the prestigious McKinsey & Company and playing here as well, about the rightness of BDP\'s proposal?....
Who do you work for, Inanis? Some foreigner companies or for the prosperity of the eBulgarians?
just to clarify:
noone of the BPP did ask kardam for such a proposal
i have no idea why came up with this one, :-?
it doesnt even fit to his usual nationalistic view
just ask him why he did that
for my personal belief, the import taxes should be kept high,
or this country will end up like some african developement countries in reallife
but it think it would need some workers to move from food to gift production
we got warehouses of food but a huge lack of gifts
Exactly Noiz: \", the import taxes should be kept high,
or this country will end up like some african developement countries in reallife\"....
I really start wondering whether those who made this proposal and oppose higher taxes, have any idea of economics or not...
The most annoying thing is that this proposal came without any discussions, such as the discussion we initiated with our article in the English Demo News.
yeah,
but that again fits to kardam,
behaving like some russian oligarch
i wonder if he even told it to his own party members
which article do you mean?
the English Demo News....there I explain our proposal for tax changes. It is clarified why those changes are needed, that there are short-term ones, aiming at boosting Bulgarian companies and the Bulgrian economy as well.Furthermore those tax changes will provide much needed new resources for the country\'s treasury....
Everyone who has some simple knowledge about economics (and macro-economics) will agree with those changes. Afterall this is more or less economic simulator....
24 hours after the proposition we have not receive any response from the president.
the taxation discussion patrick.
you would have been right krembo if we were part of a controlled market/planned economy.
There\'s three parties in bulgaria, and they all stick to themselves to compete with the others. so extra tax to the state treasury just means that the president and the party he is in gain extra riches.
But okay, I could be won to vote on a 99% import tax, for research purposes.
It\'d be interesting to see if the foreign exporters change their behaviour according to it, and how. (fewer products, lower/higher prices)
Should the foreign gifts become too expensive I\'d desire a new discussion about this subject.
naturally, this will create space for new Bulgarian companies producing gifts ....isnt economic growth what we want?
The extra riches will be controlled by all of us. There already enough members here and more to come who will not allow previous practises such as \"lending\" money from the treasure...or at least the people will be hopefull responsible in their votes....
What kind of \'space\' are you insinuating?
I don\'t see any problems in the internal gift market..
well, clearly you have not followed the gift market the last 4 days. Thanks to the low taxes we were literary dumped by South African and Brazillian companies.
In this way the Bulgarian companies suffer, and the treasury stays empty. How to improve the Bulgarian economy when the niche for gifts is partially taken by foreign companies?
Because you said that higher taxes would result in lower gift market, I replied that on the contrary this will give more breathing space for the Bulgarian companies on the gift market (why not stimulate the creationg of new gift company?)...which will directly provide them with more growth opportunities...
The home-market competition is only about to become fiercer, just take for example the latest SO account (turkish guys with food company who came in Sofia from Istanbul)....by leaving the taxes low, not only we have internal competition, but also \"invite\" the foreigner companies compete on the Bulgarian market....
That\'s definitely not a way to stimulate the economy....
You insinuate too much, I have followed the gift market closely.
and no matter that we were \'dumped\' by foreign gifts.. our gift companies have no problem selling (and should that happen, then they wouldn\'t anyways if they sell their gifts for normal prices)
New companies isn\'t the thing we need btw. We need more workers, that\'s all.
How do you propose to fill the treasury, and why exactly do you deem this so important?
Considering the turkish guys, if it is their intention to exploit bulgaria, then surely no worthy bulgarian will work for them.
(ah, i didnt look at all the newspapers names, thats all)
1.) im not really wondered that kardam doesnt responde to you
2.) filling the treasury of bulgaria in this game would only happen according to the \"mercantilism law\":
-> more export than import
3.) filling the treasury now would just grand kardam to (again) take it all when his presidency is over... 🙁
Totally agree with point 2....
disagree with point 3. Kardam is hopefully smart enough to know that eBulgaria is not anymore the \"small\" place in which stealing won\'t reflect future \"political\" life of the one who has abused the rules...
well... lets hope so...
i did trust him too...
thats one of the reasons it was required for us to take over that country an election ago...
@ Inanis - you say: \"Should the foreign gifts become too expensive I\'d desire a new discussion about this subject.\"
When the import tax is 99% there WON\'T BE ANY foreign product in the bulgarian market except from the countries we have trading agreement.
true!
and if there would be a need for some foreign products
its worth discussing it again!
btw... speaking as holding? whos statement is this?
Krembo, Imaginapolis, Garabeda, tedibor, Adramelech, Hoolie, Tzar Kaloyan, LordBurn, static_xm
???
It was me: Garabeda
Не винаги трябва да търсите под вола теле 🙂.Ами ако е бъг.
New \"offer\" 🙂
The 99% import tax but ... 20% income. Why?
Our president doesn\'t like talk too much, especially since he was elected
Well, the almighty spoke for first time after long time.
You say it\'s bug, then why didn\'t you said it earlier?
Obviously it was intended action by you.
And can you explain now the 20% income tax, why?
Maybe this 20% income tax is due to another bug (think)
Please vote \'NO\'
Import 99% discutable.. but doubled income tax NO.
Garabeda, I honestly don\'t think 99% import tax will keep foreign products off the market.
At least not as long as the intern gift companies sell Q1 gifts for 3.20+ BGN.
99% import tax will double the price they ask for the products though,
so if they ask 2.0 BGN the product will cost 3.98 BGN.
Maybe it will have them decide to sell gifts for less than 2.0 BGN.
That would be awesome.
Well, I agree that the income tax is unmotivated.
And i wasn\'t aware how the import tax actually work. I thought 99% of the price goes for the country and 1% for the company 🙂. If the price is doulbed by the income tax - that\'s another thing.
yeah the price increases by 99%
