[總統府]與菲律賓租地案

Greetings, all citizens and our friends from other countries as well!

我很榮幸的在此向大家公佈，為了促進我國的繁榮與堅強、以及跟鄰國的友好邦交關系；在經過我們各國友好及謹慎的協商下，我們三國已經同意並簽署了租地及互不侵犯協議。
It is my honor to announce that in order to promote the positive communication and relationship between eROC, ePH and eIndo. we have reached a mutual agreement and signed the agreement between us, after a friendly meeting.

本次條約已經被印尼官方、菲律賓官方及我國總統凱薩王承認。
This announcement have been confirmed by all the officials of eIndonesia, ePhilippine and our current Country President Caesar Wang.

在簽訂此項協議後，我們將會支付45金的租金做為租借呂宋跟帕拉灣給菲律賓官方，而印尼官方則會支付15金作為民達那峨的租金。我們將會在為期31天內保持友好關系，並且在租約完結以後三方都沒有提出續租或是其他的提議下，把菲律賓租地無償奉還給菲律賓官方。
After the agreement has been signed, we will pay 45golds to ePH and get Luzon and Palawan; eIndo will pay 15golds to ePH and get Mindanao. Also, we will remain friendly with each others for the next 31 days, and will return all the regions if we don’t extend the expiration date or renew the agreement.
