Dear Admin,

I'm writing this ticket because I have a great problem and you are the only person that can help me.

First time I realized that I have this problem was when I was five and I ate a mushroom to rapidly grow like my friend Mario.He had his plumber outfit and who would possibly not trust that moustache...?! So I barely survived after listening to his advice and eating that damn mushroom.To make the matters worse I had a terrible headache after trying to destroy the wall with my head.
However...the problem doesn't stop there...
