Hoje, no dia 15 de agosto de 2012, Sérvia, Hungria e Romênia concordaram com a assinatura do tratado NAP, que será conhecido como o "Tratado de Timisoara". Ao assinar este documento, todas as partes concordam com os seguintes termos:

1. Todas as guerras em curso entre as partes signatárias devem ser fechados em até 48 h após a assinatura deste documento.
2. Nenhuma das partes envolvidas será permitida lançamento de NE uns aos outros durante a vigência do presente acordo.
3. À Sérvia será permitido manter a região de Muntenia até o dia 19 de agosto e Dobrogea até o dia 22 de agosto.
4. Sérvia retornará as regiões romenas na seguinte ordem: Transilvânia, Bucovina, Moldávia, Banat e Oltenia. Até o dia 19 retornará Muntenia e Dobrogea até dia 22.
5. Nossos exércitos podem lutar em batalhas de aliados através dos MPPs sem restrições.
6. Este acordo é válido até 06 de setembro de 2012 - 6:00 Hora eRepublik, com uma opção de auto extensão até que uma das partes envolvidas expresse a vontade de não prorrogá-lo. Partes 3 e 4 são válidos apenas para a primeira assinatura do acordo.

Analisamos seus aspectos e nós propomos para debate na RMS (deve ser o Congresso ou site da Romênia, ou sala de chat) em sessão as 21h. Após a votação da RMS, decidiu-se aceitar. À luz destas considerações governo romeno decidiu ratificar o acordo.

ENGLISH VERSION




Today, on the 15th of August 2012, Serbia, Hungary and Romania agree on signing the NAP treaty that will be known as the “Timisoara Treaty”. By signing this document , all the parties agree to the following terms:

1. All current wars between the signing parties must be closed in the next 48 h after signing this document.
2. None of the involved parties will be allowed to NE each other during the duration of this agreement.
3. Serbia will be allowed to keep the region of Muntenia until the 19th of August and Dobrogea until the 22rd of August.
4. Serbia will return the Romanian regions in the following order : Transilvania, Bucovina, Moldova, Banat and Oltenia. Until the 19th Serbia will return Muntenia and until the 22thd Dobrogea.
5. Our armies can fight in allies MPP’s battles without conditions.
6. This agreement is valid until 6th of September 2012 - 6:00 eRepublik Time, with an autoextended option until one of the parties involved expresses the will not to extend it. Parts 3 and 4 are only valid for the first signing of the agreement.

Am analizat aspectele acestuia si l-am propus spre dezbatere in SMR in sedinta de la ora 21 . In urma votului din SMR , s-a decis acceptarea acestuia. Prin prisma acestor considerente guvernul Romaniei ratifica acest acord.
